If you've been living under a rock — or if you just don't care to pay attention to cringy billionaire goings-on — you might not have heard that Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg appear to be interested in physically fighting each other.
According to a recent Threads post by Zuckerberg, it seems that after being the one to instigate the fight, Elon might be all talk. In a post on Threads, Zuck wrote that "Elon won't confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead."
"I think we can all agree Elon isn't serious and it's time to move on," Zuckerberg wrote in the post. "I offered a real date. [UFC president] Dana White offered to make this a legit competition for charity. Elon won't confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead. If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on. I'm going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously," his post read in full.
I personally don't know why Elon Musk wants to publicly and physically fight another billionaire (who's over 10 years his junior), though I do think it's embarrassing. (Why are you doing all that?)
