If you're a politically active individual with a strong sense of justice, Morocco's the place for you.  
Recently, this country has been in the news for the widespread protests of the government, which civilians declare is corrupt and not just. This sprang from a tragedy in October of last year, when a fish-seller was crushed to death trying to retrieve his fish which were confiscated by the police.

South Africa is definitely the #1 tourist destination on this continent!  
You can enjoy everything from beautiful wildlife reserves, to museums, traditional cuisine, and more.

If you're a history buff, or just appreciate classic architecture, Algeria's got what you want.  
This country has had many different kinds of people live there, but most notably the Romans, who left behind ruins that still stand to this day.

This country is filled with wildlife reserves and parks, just teeming with gorgeous animals that you can see up close and personal-- at your own risk!

If you have an affinity for nature in the form of exploration and hands-on experiences, then Tanzania's where you should go.  
Home to Mt. Kilimanjaro, hike up the "roof of Africa" if you dare! On the opposite side of the spectrum, there are lovely coral reefs and oceanic life to see via scuba diving, snorkeling, or just a nice boat ride.
