The special edition is only available in vinyl format, and the most notable difference between this one and the main one is the color of the vinyl.

The main vinyl, which is referred to on her website as the Crystal Skies Blue edition, is blue. Meanwhile, and as its name suggests, the Sunrise Boulevard Yellow Edition Vinyl is yellow.

The vinyl jackets are also different. While the main 1989 (Taylor's Version) cover features a portrait of Taylor smiling with seagulls flying in the background, the Sunrise Boulevard Yellow Edition showcases Taylor sprawled on a beach, wearing a striped sweater and donning her signature red lipstick.

As for the content in both editions, it appears to be the same, including a record with 21 songs comprised of the original 1989 track list and five unreleased "From the Vault" tracks. Both editions are also selling for $31.89.
