Jennifer Lopez

If you've been alive during the past 20 years or so, you've probably heard of J Lo. And you're probably wondering how at almost 50, she still looks great. When asked why she doesn't drink, she said " I think it ruins your skin". Although she does make a toast with alcohol every now and then, its important for her to keep up her J Lo looks.

Russel Brand

Of course we had to include Russell Brand! The man known for his comedy and for his off-screen antics. Rather than give into the temptation of drugs and alcohol, like so many have before, Brand chose to give up substances. He is now acting as a sponsor for those in the rehabilitation process in the same treatment center he was a part of.

What would a celebrity list be without Kim Kardashian? While she's famous for, well... being a Kardashian, she's not famous for alcohol. She doesn't really drink at all. " I do not drink alcohol at all. My sisters drink, so when they get a little crazy, I am there to pull them down". Kim would rather be the designated driver since she doesn't like the taste of alcohol.

Matthew Perry

This star, best known for being Chandler Bing on "Friends" is also pretty known for his problems with addiction. Perry showed major variations in health during the 1990's while on friends because of his alcohol problems as well as addiction to Vicodin. He's chosen to get sober and has even offered to help others do the same. "The thing I'm most proud of is that if a stranger came up to me and said 'I can't stop drinking, Can you help me?' I can say 'Yes, I can'".

Robert Downy Jr.

He is Iron Man...Along with a long list of other fantastic roles. RDJ has a past of alcohol abuse. It came to a point where his habits were getting in the way of his happiness. While he has no desire to continue on the path of addiction he says "...I don't shut the door on it, and I don't pretend it didn't happen"

Will the real Slim Shady please stand up? He also was one that struggled and used alcohol as a coping method. He details some of those struggles in his songs and came to a point where he hadn't recorded music or done a video sober in years. His battle with drugs and alcohol have been ongoing, but due to starting a program emphasizing exorcise and seeking rehabilitation, he's gotten back on track. Elton John was his mentor during this time and called him at least once a week.
