Ways To Deal With Heartbreak; Even When It Hurts Really Bad.

Being heartbroken sucks, like really sucks, but it is inevitable. Everyone will have their heartbroken so let's talk about the ways to deal with it when it does eventually happen.

There is no need to rush things.

It is okay to cry but, it is also okay not to cry.

When you have your heart broken whether it by by a romantic partner, a family member, or a friend you are going to feel many different emotions. You have to let yourself feel those emotions in order to feel better. So if you feel like crying, cry it out. Or if you feel like screaming, take the nearest pillow and scream into it as hard as you can. Things will get worse before they get better, but I promise things will get better, it's a little cliche but, it is true.

    Keep yourself active.

Remember the good and the bad.

It is okay to think about your relationship once in awhile. I mean if you were in a relationship with someone you must have had some good times however, you also need to remember why it ended. There's always reasons why things come to an end and when you are thinking about your person also think about why you aren't in that relationship anymore.

Don't forget to care for yourself.

Stop being scared of being alone.

    Focus on what you want.

When you're in a relationship with someone else it may seem like all you were doing was trying to please them. You put your want's and needs aside so that you could experience the things they wanted to experience but, what about you? write down all the things you have been wanting to do and go do them! Make your own goals and plans and finally do what you want to do. If you've been wanting to dye your hair a crazy color, go do it! If you want to go travel, the go do it! There is nothing holding you back so start living for you.

Finally, I want to remind everyone that everything will be okay
