32 Problem-Solving Products Under $25 You Won't Believe You Lived Without

I'm *genuinely* upset I didn't know about these sooner and you probably will be too.

    1. A container of The Pink Stuff because let's be honest, you've seen it all over the Internet but never actually bought it, and I'm here to tell you now is your time. Trust me, this stuff is *ah-mazing,* and it really works as promised to clean anything you could possibly throw at it from coffee stains to month-old grease spills.

When I say you can trust me, I mean it. This stuff actually works — whenever I have a stubborn mess that I can't clean with my traditional products, I always reach for this and it has yet to fail me.

Promising review: "My three year old recently decided to channel his inner Van Gogh on our stairwell wall, and red crayon was EVERYWHERE. I tried every possible cleaning solution, and nothing was getting it off. I heard about the Pink Stuff on TikTok and decided it was worth a shot. This stuff is a miracle worker! With a sponge and some elbow grease, I was able to remove all the crayon within 10 minutes." —Casey B.

    2. An exfoliating mitt that will finally ~effectively~ remove all the dead skin that has been building up on your body for...longer than we might like to admit. Is it gross? Maybe, but is it satisfying? Absolutely.

A reviewer's feet in the tub showing all the dead skin they got off their body

Promising review: "When I bought this I was hoping for the results in the reviews but I was also skeptical that it could exfoliate my skin that well. I have KP and I have tattoos so I thought this would be beneficial to both. HOLY **** did it work!!! I spent literally 25 minutes scrubbing layers upon layers of dead skin off my body and IT WAS STILL COMING OFF!! I only stopped because I was tired of scrubbing! I am blown away by the fact that my skin ~feels different~ If you're unsure, just buy it!!" —Andrea T.

    3. A clothing organizer to save your closet from being overstuffed and unorganized. 4. A clip on colander so you don't have to worry about dirtying another dish or making room in your overfilled sink while making your 'simple' weeknight dinner.

Orange clip on colander in four quadrants shown straining fruit, pasta, veggies and potatoes
    Amazon

Promising review: "Almost replaces a colander. While I have used pouring scoops and other gadgets, this one beats them all. The way it attaches to the pot leaves both hands free to empty the pot, and in the case of bigger pots, you can use two hands to dump and control the pot. One less tool to clean up without having to dirty a colander, and pasta dishes can be sauced and finished right in the pot they were cooked in. The silicone it is made of makes it a simple, fast and easy clean." —bud e.

Get it from Amazon for $14.99 (available in five colors).

    5. A fabric shaver, because the little pilled up balls of fabric all over your clothes are not it. With a quick swipe you will watch all those balls disappear leaving the item looking fresh and new.

*If using on clothing, make sure to hold them it so the shaver doesn't catch and make a hole*

Promising review: "A literal MUST-BUY!! Bought this for my couch after seeing so many people reviewing it on social media and it worked like a charm! Those little lint balls were so frustrating after I would wash my cushion covers but this little tool fixed that problem in minutes. About to go use this on everything I own!!" —Ashley

Close up of glasses showing the eyeglass sleeve on them

Promising review: "I’m not sure why these work, but they do. I play sports and when I sweat my glasses immediately slide down. Tried various nose pads, head bands and nothing worked until I bought these. Even when my head is soaked and I’m running around, the glasses stay in place. I wet the product before putting them on the glasses so they would slide onto the arms easier. The product won’t break even if the part that goes around your ear is wide. They stretch to fit about any size ear piece. Very impressed." —Heidi&Hammer

Get it from Amazon for $6.99 (available in three colors).

    7. A magnetic dry erase chore chart because keeping up with your kids is enough work, you shouldn't have to worry about reminding them about all their chores too.

A young child standing at a fridge writing on the chore chart
    Amazon

Promising reviews: "These are awesome. The kids have slacked off with their responsibilities so we got these chore charts to boost their motivation. We purchased a fidget toy box to use as incentives so they can earn one-two picks from the treasure box each week depending on how many points they've earned. It's working! We're on day three and I've never seen so much enthusiasm for cleaning. They love these. We love them more." —CrystalB

Get it from Amazon for $14.49.

    8. A set of bedsheet fasteners so you can stop waking up in the middle of the night frustrated that the fitted sheet isn't staying ~fitted~ to the mattress...AGAIN.

Promising review: "These are a life saver! Tired of waking up with your fitted sheet halfway down the bed?? Then these are definitely for you. I was skeptical at first because I couldn’t figure out how they would work but let me tell you they are amazing. We have Walmart sheets that are SO soft but they fling right up when you lay on them, and these completely stopped that from happening. This is day four of peaceful sleep." —Christopher

Get the four piece set from Amazon for $9.55 (available in two quantities and three colors).

    9. A pack of light-dimming stickers because yes, those little dots of light are enough to keep you up at night — especially if they are flashing 😖

Split image of an alarm clock, top image labeled
Split image of Xbox controller, in the top image, labeled

The pack comes with a variety of shapes and sizes so you can dim anything from the annoying dot of light on your TV to the time on your alarm clock.

Promising review: "If you are like me and have to cover up the random LED lights on an alarm clock or floor fan to prevent them from beaming into your retinas when you’re trying to sleep, I highly suggest picking these stickers up. Even though they’re opaque, they block enough light to where it’s no longer noticeable in the room. An added (and likely intentional) benefit of the opaque stickers is that you can still clearly see the power buttons and indicator lights of an electronic. Overall I totally recommend buying if you want to stop laying a random sock in front of your alarm clock light lol." —Heather

    Get it from Amazon $3.89.

    10. A grape cutter that will save you from having to chase all the random grapes that fly off the cutting board when you are just trying to cut them small enough for your kid to safely eat.

Bonus: it's safe and easy enough that you'll feel comfortable letting your kid try it out. Plus it can be used for much more than grapes — olives, tomatoes, or any other small, roundish food.

Promising review: "We bought this little gadget with low expectations and fully anticipated using it two times before throwing it in our kitchen drawer where it would inevitably sit for a year before we threw it away. Boy were we wrong. It only took one use before we realized that what we thought would be another useless novelty, was actually a parent's HOLY GRAIL of food preparation. No joke, I literally used it the other day to cut THREE grapes for MYSELF, just for the enjoyment. If your little one enjoys eating grapes, do yourself the unimaginable pleasure of buying this...you wont regret it." —Michael

Get it from Amazon for $11.95.

    11. A set of pimple patches because even though you may like to, it is not a good idea to sit and pop all of your pimples. These patches will make your pimples *drastically* shrink overnight (also, taking them off in the morning to see all the gunk that came out is extremely satisfying) — as well as preventing any potential scarring.

Close up of reviewer's face holding the pimple patch packaging and using a few of the patches on their forehead
A hand holding a large patch that has multiple white spots showing what came out of their pimples

Added bonus, these little things are vegan, cruelty free certified and carbon-free certified.

Promising review: "I am kind of the worst when it comes to pimples; I'll squeeze them and pick until there's no tomorrow, knowing full well I'll regret it as soon as I'm done. These have immensely helped me — before bed, I put one anywhere I have the semblance of a pimple and in the morning I peel it off and admire the gunk it removed (at no expense to my skin!!). Pimples that would have lasted for days (or raw, damaged skin that would have lasted even longer had I picked at my skin) are either gone or markedly improved by morning." —Amazon Customer

    12. A miracle carpet cleaner that will get out those stubborn dirt, pet and food stains you thought you were going to have to spend the rest of your life staring at.

Sunny & Honey is a family-run small business that specializes in cleaning products, specifically in homes with pets. This miracle carpet cleaner is certified cruelty-free and Sunny & Honey donates 10% of all profits to animals in need!

Promising review: "Unbeknownst to me my dog was peeing in the corner of the room. The size and depth of the stain suggest, this was a repetitive behavior. Upon my evaluation of the situation a pungent vile order hit my face like a ton of bricks. I was gagging so badly I gave myself a bloody nose. I took a leap of faith and bought Carpet Miracle hoping for a miracle. I prepared my machine and proceeded to watch a miracle take place as the stain lifted and the smell went away. Other products let me down. But Carpet Miracle saved my life." —Susan

Get it from Amazon for $19.99+ (available in two quantities).

    13. A pair of grocery bag handles because no matter what, you couldn't pay me to make more than one trip from my car to the kitchen, so at least these will make it easier.

Promising review: "What do I like about these???? Where do I start? How about with I would love to kiss the person who invented them on their perfect mouth??!! I live upstairs and literally get mad just thinking about carrying my groceries inside. I used these today for the first time and immediately recommended them to a friend because I’m considering just gorilla gluing them to my hands. I’m so obsessed with these that I wanna go buy more stuff I don’t even need just to flex on my other upstairs neighbors. 10/10 buy these for guaranteed less cursing and anger bringing your groceries in." —Christy P.

    14. A nifty tool called the Bug Bite Thing that removes the irritant from the bug bite to reduce itching and swelling. If you don't find yourself needing this, consider yourself lucky and buy it for one of your friends who is just so sweet, all the bugs swarm to them.

This tool works on bites from mosquitoes, bees, wasps, biting flies, no-see-ums, chiggers, sea lice and more.

Promising review: "I got this and I wasn't sure if it would work at all. I was skeptical. Then my daughter came in with a bug bit and it was big... I used this and the bite went away... no itching at all for her. Then I got a bug bite and I used it and it worked perfectly... no itching. The best part, we take it with us camping, hiking, to the park, to BBQs, and then we took it to the water park. My son got stung by a bee on his foot and this helped get the stinger out. I wasn't able to get it with tweezers, but this bug bite thing helped pull the stinger out totally." —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $9.95+ (available in three quantities).

    15. A reusable duster so you can still clean as often as you want, but you don't have to feel guilty about throwing away the duster each time. With this, you simply remove the duster from the handle when it gets dirty and throw it in the wash.

An assortment of the reusable dusters in black, blue, purple, pink, orange, green and yellow
    TS Designs/Etsy

*The handle for these is not included. Use one of the handles you have on hand from Swiffer.

Promising review: "These dusters are amazing. I clean houses for extra income and bought these to save money on Swiffer/Walmart brand refills. One gentleman I clean is an older widower who has a ranch. His dog loves inside with him. Believe me when I say IT GETS DUSTY in there. Between the spiderwebs, dust, and dog hair, I'll usually use three-six duster refills per room. Today was my first day using these reusable dusters... AMAZING! One...one per room or two! I'm definitely ordering more!" —Stephanie S.

Get it from TS Designs on Etsy for $4.94 (available in 10 colors).

    16. A car cup holder adapter if you are tired of having to throw your giant water bottle on the passenger seat and getting stuck listening to it roll around for your entire drive.

I bought this for my mom about a year ago after finally convincing her to get a large water bottle instead of just using cups (she pretty much always has some form of water with her). She absolutely loves this little contraption because she can finally have the water bottle sitting next to her and is able to drink it without having to fumble around to find it on the seat or the floor.

Promising review: "Before I had this my water bottle just rolled around my passenger seat/floor and sometimes I didn’t even end up taking it with me because I couldn’t reach it under the seat. Now I drink more water and actually want to take my water bottle with me since it has a place. When my friend saw mine, she had to have one too!" —Hannah G.

Get it from Amazon for $14.95 (comes in two colors).

    17. An oven cleaning spray so when the cheese off of your frozen pizza melts onto the bottom of the oven you don't have to live with it there forever. Simply spray this fume free cleaner on, come back in a few hours, wipe and be amazed.

Promising review: "I did the overnight clean, and sprayed it on with the baking racks in the oven not thinking too much about it, got up the next morning and looked in and at first was a little disappointed, it didn't look like it had done anything. So I grab my sponge and start to wipe up just the window and holy cow, I couldn't believe how much grease it had removed. I do have to do my oven again because I had left the baking racks in when I sprayed, and I need to get to where those were, but it also did a great job on the baking racks, and you couldn't smell any fumes, will definitely buy again and recommend it to anyone!" —Jennifer H.

Get it from Amazon for $13.41.

Mine is a convection oven so instead of putting it on the bottom of the oven I need to put it on the last rack but it still works great. Get them! I have two cats and I always tell people they don't really shed *that* much. Well, I guess I was proven wrong when my husband decided to buy this and we used it on our carpet. When I tell you we audibly gasped. We then decided to make it a game because it was honestly so funny how much hair was coming up even though we thought the house was clean 😩.

Promising review: "I generally don’t write reviews, simply because most often i’m buying products with a ton of reviews anyways so mine wouldn’t really matter, but HOLY CANNOLI, I don’t care how many reviews this thing has, I’m FLOORED (pun intended). I vacuum almost daily with a cattle dog and a staffy in my house, and there’s always hair. I used this for the first time on my rug last night and I cannot BELIEVE how much hair this thing pulled up AND IT DIDN'T DAMAGE MY RUG. THIS THING IS AMAZING!!!! 100/10 stars!!" —Tabitha

Promising review: "I had no idea that little needle would get so darn dirty! I was shocked at what came out of it when I threw one of these babies in. I admit I haven't been great about cleaning my machine out given how much use it gets, but it was still a surprise to see how black the water was, and the amount of sediment when the cycle was done. I will say I didn’t notice a different after the first use, but after the third, my ring looks sooooo much better! The diamond catches the light and sparkles so much more. If you’re on the fence, I’d say get it!! I am very much surprised and pleased with this. 24. A sheet detangler so you don't have to run your dryer like three times just to have your sheets actually come out dry (can you tell this just happened to me last week?)

Reviewer holding two Wad Free detanglers
Wad Free attached to a red stripped sheet

Wad-Free is a small biz made in the USA.

Promising review: "In simple terms, these work. Very very very well. Especially in fitted sheets, light weight fleece blankets and duvet covers. Washing my bedding used to be upwards of a four-hour process. Fitted sheet, fleece blanket, duvet, duvet cover, and four pillow cases. I’d always have to dry the blanket, cover and insert twice, at minimum, because they’d always turn into this wad of fabric and be wet/damp in the middle. But these things WORK. I no longer have to dry my stuff twice, on extra high heat. One dry cycle on normal heat works phenomenally and saves me massive amounts of time and work. They’re easy to use. Work as advertised. Make my life easier and save me money over all. Easily one of the best purchases I’ve ever made." —Allison J.

Get a set of two from Amazon for $19.99.

    25. A teeth whitening pen to help you achieve those pearly whites you've always wanted. Simply spend 30 seconds a day brushing these on your teeth and then go about the rest of your life instead of worrying about having those sticky strips sitting on your teeth or the bulky light in your mouth.

Promising review: "I am so beyond impressed with this little pen. I didn't have very high expectations when I ordered it, but there were many good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. If you want great results you'll want to have two-three uses to really see the difference. But holy cow!! This stuff is awesome and one of the best purchases I've made in a while. If you're on the fence about it, don't be. Just buy it." —Avelyst

Get a pack of two from Amazon for $15.99.

    26. A leave-in conditioner that will finally detangle your kid's hair without damaging their luscious curls. We know it can be a battle just to have your kid let you brush their hair, so this will help you make the experience less miserable for them (and let's be honest, for you, too).

Reviewers say this spray will leave wavy or curly hair (from 2a–4c hair) shiny, soft, and bouncy.

Promising review: "My daughter has natural curly hair and she wakes up with it in a matted mess. It usually takes me 20 minutes to get through and it's a struggle even when I use a leave in conditioner and detangler. Nothing has worked until now. I love this stuff. It makes her hair soft, shiny, and defines her curls. First I wash and condition her hair. Then I spray this in her hair and I comb right through. It even keeps her hair from getting matted like it used to. Her hair is in overall better condition. Don't judge it after 1st use. It started working for us after 2nd use." —Chelle F.

Get it from Amazon for $7.99.

    27. A plug-in fruit fly trap because all those little bugs flying around the produce on your counter have gotten out-of-hand. I mean seriously, how can something that small be that annoying?!

The fly trap plugged in with the blue light illuminating around it
Reviewer holding a piece of the sticky paper from the trap covered in bugs

Promising review: "The flies and gnats got really bad this year. I had to do something cause it was getting to the point that I could not eat in peace and something was always flying around me no matter what I was doing at home. Since bugs don’t go to work and bring home a check they had to go. I got my zapper yesterday and 24 hours later the two biggest and peskiest flies are now fried and on the side. I plan to order a few more zappers for my place. They work, make great night lights, and are very attractive. Thanks for the genius design and a product that works!" —Edwina C.

Get it from Amazon for $21.70+ (available in three variations).

    28. A TubShroom to protect your drain from the *disturbing* amount of hair that comes out of your head every time you shower. Maybe it is just me, but I would rather prevent the hair from going down the drain than have to dig soggy, dirty hair out. Ugh, that sends shivers down my spine just thinking about it. 😖

Promising review: "I was mentioning at work one day that I had moved into a new place and had already had to use Drano in my shower. I said I was going to buy the best product I could find to catch hair before it went down the drain to clog it. One of my coworkers asked me if I meant a Tub Shroom and I replied that I had never heard of one. I looked it up on Amazon, purchased it, and have never looked back. I recommend them to everyone! I have not had to use Drano in my house since I purchased it! Super easy to clean! Once or twice a week when the water in my tub starts to stand during my shower, I’ll pull it out, clean it with a paper towel, and it’s good as new!" —Erin

    29. A hair brush cleaner because spending hours with tweezers trying to individually pull the hairs and grime out of your hair brush is a painstaking task that never ends up being successful anyway. This brush cleaner will put an end to that endless struggle.

Promising review: "I tried this for the first time and my life changed. I am not even being dramatic. It is so easy to use, and it doesn’t even hurt your hand to hold it. It cut my cleaning time by like 75-80%, seriously. With a steady hand brush through the brush and EVERYTHING comes out. I probably only need to swipe my brush through like 10 times. It got out ALL of the dust and weird fuzzy balls that are in the bristles. Incredible. I could keep going on and on but omg if you are even slightly considering buying this, do it right now. It is so worth the money and is absolutely the best random amazon find i have ever experienced. 11/10" —Erin

    30. A reusable headache cap that uses compression and cooling effects to help quickly soothe your headache. They are so comfortable you might even reach for it when you don't have a headache.

I have this and so far I've only used it a few times but wow is it nice. I keep mine in the fridge and I'll grab it if I feel a headache coming on. One time I put it on and proceeded to take a nap and when I woke up the headache was completely gone. I have also used it while working/watching TV and in that case I just don't pull it down all the way so it won't cover my eyes. Honestly I would use this even if I didn't have a headache because it just feels so soothing to have the cool compression on your head. Highly recommend if you are a frequent headache sufferer.

Promising review: "Love this product. The gel is comfortable when frozen so it doesn’t hurt to lay your head down. Promising review: "Item is well made and exact as it looks in pictures. It even came with instructions. I got this since I'm trying to layer my necklaces but were constantly tangling up in each other. This little item works great. It was easy to place necklaces onto them, easy to put on, and very minimal wrapping. I've even slept with it on and there wasn't an issue. I've bought a second to gift a friend." —Sandra B.

Get it from Theresa Rose on Etsy for $13.49+ (available in two colors and two-, three-, or four-stranded).
