At the risk of pissing off any parents who want their babies with them 24/7 — even if it means taking them out to public places — I think it's fair to say there are some spaces newborns just shouldn't be occupying.
Granted, I'm not really a fan of babies, but I don't actively avoid them — they just don't happen to usually be present at the places I frequent (such as movie theaters, bars, and my apartment).
Even if I did want to be around babies, though, there's a time and place for everything — especially when it comes to newborns, who are particularly susceptible to germs and loud noises.
