Tell Me About Your Absolutely Wild Rent Increase

The rent has always been too damn high tbh.

Over the past year or so, I've been hearing some awful stories about people being priced out of their apartments thanks to the pandemic and inflation.

I'm talking a 70% jump, in some cases.

Even with smaller (but still significant) increases, a lot of people don't even get a heads up that their rent is rising.
