I Want To Hear About Why Decided To Sell Your Home And Rent One Instead

    Sometimes homeownership isn't the endgame.

It's fair to assume that a decent amount of people who rent their homes hope to eventually become homeowners.

I, myself, am pretty content renting — mainly because I don't have the money for a downpayment and frankly wouldn't trust any bank that would give me one — but I suppose if I finally won the lottery that I never play, I wouldn't mind owning a piece of property.

That said, there is a certain subsection of the population who do or did own their homes but decided to go back to renting.

If you're one of them, I want to know why. Maybe you wanted to take advantage of a market favoring sellers, maybe you needed to move somewhere with no homes for sale, or maybe you decided you just didn't want to deal with the pressures of homeownership anymore.

Tell me why you went from homeowner to renter in the comments for a chance to be featured in a BuzzFeed Community post.
