    1. Saturday Skin Waterfall Glacier Water Cream quenches dry, thirsty skin with Iceland moss extract, so your skin looks and feels hydrated for hours.

    Sephora

My skin became incredibly dry and flaky after seeing a dermatologist, and most moisturizers I tried felt soothing for the first 20 minutes, but then my skin would be back to looking rough and scaly. I got this cream in a swag bag from an event I attended and decided to give it a go. The cream was light to the touch, but when I applied it, I felt INSTANT, cooling relief. It immediately made my skin smooth and it actually felt like my face was being enveloped in a giant, hydrating raindrop. Then, when I woke up the next morning, my face still felt touchably soft and looked very supple — and that was after just one use. I actually got 24-hour hydration by including this product in my daily skin routine, and to this day, it's still one of the best moisturizers I've ever used.

Get it from Sephora for $39.99.

    2. Tree Hut Intense Hydrating Shea Body Butter uses Shea butter in an ultra thick and creamy formula to restore the moisture in your skin. Thank u dry skin, next.

    Amazon

Promising review: “Love this product!!!! I work with preschool-aged children & wash my hands a lot, which really dries my hands out. I have tried many products that just sort of work — this is the first product I've tried that really moisturizes my hands. I am very impressed! I also struggle with dry acne on my face, I've used moisturizers that do not help and cause more breakouts. I applied a small amount to my face this morning and am cautiously optimistic it may help with my dry skin issues on face as well — time will tell. Thanks for making a great product.” —Fraulein

Get it from Amazon for $5.79 (available in nine scents).

    3. Majestic Pure Brown Sugar Body Scrub simultaneously lifts away dry, dead skin and pumps moisture into your skin thanks to ~10 different natural oils~. The devil works hard, but this body scrub works harder.

    Amazon

I’ve never been more in love with a body scrub!! I wanted an exfoliating scrub that would slough off dry skin but simultaneously moisturize and bought this because of all the super moisturizing oils listed as ingredients. When you open the jar, you can see that the sugar is literally saturated in the oil mixture. It exfoliates really well and leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated for days! I used this all summer and literally glowed! You’ll love this so much and go through it so quickly that I actually recommend the two-pack.

Get it from Amazon for $14.98+ (also available as a pack of two).

    4. Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm smooths cracked, dry lips without leaving your mouth with a sticky or greasy feeling. Instead of licking your lips for moisture to no avail, you'll want to carry a tube (or five) in your bag.

    amazon.com

Promising review: “This is the first time in 17 years that I don't have chapped lips, WOW. I was using different natural organic oils, beeswax, and intensive night creams for my lips over the years but nothing worked that fast or so well like this balm. I applied a very small amount and my lips got much better after three days. I never had severely dry lips but still, it was a huge difference after I applied it, and the total healing time was about a week. If you have constantly dry lips you have to try it. Another thing that I really loved about this balm that it actually stays on lips even after drinking a cup of tea or eating a snack, for example, you will still feel the trace of it on your lips. This is not really a lip balm, I would say it's a very intensive healing lubricant, it feels heavier on lips compared to classic balms and you will need only a very tiny bit of it, so it will last a long time. It covers lips nicely, doesn't smell odd, not greasy. I definitely recommend it and I will buy more in the future.” —Julia

Get it from Amazon for $8+ (available in five flavors and as a pack of three).

    5. Maybelline Fit Me Dewy + Smooth Foundation gives you a smooth, glow-y complexion without emphasizing any dry patches. It's formulated with the needs of normal to dry skin in mind, so you can stop silently praying that no one notices the rough patch on your chin.

    amazon.com, amazon.com

Promising review: “I've been having trouble finding a foundation that will work with how dry my skin is, so I decided to give this one a shot. First of all, this foundation smells really good! The scent isn't very strong though; you won't smell it while wearing it. I used my Fenty Beauty sponge to apply and it went on evenly, wasn't cakey, and made my skin look dewy, but not too dewy. It also hid the dry patches I have and didn't flake. However, this foundation is a bit runny and you have to pour it out, so be careful! But as of right now, I would definitely purchase this again!” —Stephanie

Get it from Amazon for $4.99 (available in 23 shades and as a pack of two for $9.98).

    6. Skederm Snail Jelly Sheet Masks come SATURATED with a hydrogel that's enriched with snail secretions, which FYI, are known for their hydration properties.

    amazon.com

Promising review: “This is absolutely amazing!!! I’ve tried several different types of masks, but not the snail jelly so I thought I’d give it a shot. I actually had to get a CPAP machine the same week with a full mouth and nose piece. Well, it left me with a patch of dried, gnarly skin. Two days of using these masks and it is completely gone. My skin is glowing and smooth. The texture of the mask is a little slimy, but I like that because it means the mask won’t dry out in 20 minutes. I have had so many compliments, and I quit wearing foundation and concealers. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.” —April

Get a pack of 10 from Amazon for $24.95 (also available as a pack of 20 for $49.95).

    7. Bioderma Atoderm Cleansing Oil relieves the tightness that you often feel with dry skin. And if you're worried about potentially turning your shower into a slip 'n' slide, reviewers say that the product (thankfully) doesn't leave your shower feeling greasy or slick.

    Amazon

Promising review: “I have common Ichthyosis which is a skin disorder causing dry, scaly skin. Choosing an appropriate soap or similar is just not a pleasant adventure, but life will go on so I am taking swimming classes. I love swimming. I just started using the Bioderma Atoderm Shower Oil for a week and the results are just amazing. I have never experienced the softness and relief that this product has given my skin. I even use it on my face. The smell is soft and relaxing. I also use the Atoderm cream, so the results are even better. I highly recommend this product to everybody who wants to treat their skin appropriately. I am very happy with this shower oil.” —carmen stuyvesant

Get it from Amazon for $19.90.

    8. Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes remove makeup, give your skin a much-needed refresh, and restore smooth, soft skin with help from its added vitamins. FINALLY, you can rid your face of foundation AND moisturize at the same time.

    instagram.com

Promising review: “My skin is both dry and acne-prone, which I’ve been battling for well over 15 years now (I’m 27). I started using these wipes and definitely noticed a difference. My breakouts went down (along with help from medication, which alone is not enough to keep them at bay), and my dry patches also seemed to evaporate! I actually ran out of these while on vacation and had to use a regular face wash with a washcloth to remove makeup, and my breakouts and dry skin came back with a vengeance. I’ll be using these indefinitely!” —Amazon Customer

Get two packs of wipes from Amazon for $6.99.

    9. Puracy Natural Body Wash nourishes your skin since it's free of moisture-zapping sulfates. The foamy lather and the bright, citrus-y scent will leave you feeling refreshed and squeaky clean.

    instagram.com

Promising review: “Let me start by explaining that I have very sensitive, dry skin that is also prone to breakouts. I have long since stopped being able to use regular drugstore soap and body washes, and have spent hundreds of dollars searching for something that cleans without causing a reaction or drying my skin out. It seemed there was no happy medium. If a product was gentle, it didn't clean well enough and I broke out. If it cleaned then I was going to either have extremely dry, cracked skin or in many cases: rashes, welts, and/or hives. Then I found Puracy. OMG. What a beautiful product. The shower gel cleans so well, but does not irritate me at all. In fact, I was so pleased with it as a shower gel I started using it as a hand wash as well. I also bought the Puracy body lotion which is also very nice, but honestly, I have had to use very little. The shower gel just doesn't strip my skin of moisture like other products. I love the natural, organic ingredients, and the light, citrus scent is pleasant without being overwhelming. I just could not be happier with my purchase. I have to say, considering the amount you get and the quality of the ingredients, they are an amazing value.” —CLKnight

    10. O'Keeffe's Working Hands Cream, which has over 7,000 five-star reviews, repairs dry, cracked skin and even throws on an added layer of protection to prevent further moisture loss — kind of like a shield for your hands.

    amazon.com

Promising review: "This stuff works wonders! I have severe eczema, to the point where my skin cracks open, and I start to bleed. I've tried everything from steroids, dermatologist prescribed creams, lotions, and nothing ever works. My boyfriend told me about this stuff, and I'm so glad he did! This is the only stuff that works for my eczema! It stings like hell when you put it on, but it's so worth it. Within two days of using it, my hands are already better!! And the best part is that I don't see my eczema coming back with it either! Thank you O'Keeffe's for finally giving me much needed relief with this horrible eczema I have!!! Totally worth it!" —Heather

Get it from Amazon for $7.29+ (available in packs of up to 12).

    11. Tarte Radiance Drops add a healthy glow to your makeup, and easily absorb into your skin to hydrate it with Vitamin E, coconut oil, and jojoba oil.

    Sephora

I normally have very oily skin, but this summer my skin decided to pull a 180 on me and I’ve been watching it slowly get more and more parched. I wear foundation every day, so that’s not a great look when dry skin is literally peeling off your face like paint on a wall! I saw this product while shopping at Sephora with my mom one day, and she was drawn by the promise of a healthy-looking glow and bought a bottle. I decided to try it out one morning because why not! I squirted some foundation onto my makeup sponge then added three drops of this serum directly on the foundation, and began blending. My skin instantly had a non-greasy, glow-y shine that looked gorgeous and natural, AND I noticed that my dry patches were kept at bay throughout the day. The radiance drops definitely became my secret weapon for dry skin and a natural glow this summer.

Get it from Sephora for $32.

    12. Lavinso Foot Exfoliation Peeling Mask might finally rid you of those pesky, hard-to-moisturize dry patches and callouses. The skin on your feet will slowly peel off over the course of one to two weeks, but then you'll be left with skin smoother than a baby's bottom!

    amazon.com

Promising review: “My feet have had a rough winter. Even though I live in the deep south and normally have VERY oily skin, my feet tend to get unreasonably dry. I exfoliate once a week and deep-moisturize them twice a week, and still experience rough, dry, flaking, calloused skin on my soles. I remember seeing an ad and reviews for these kinds of masks before and thought I'd give this a try. It says to give it three to seven days before you see results. It was delivered on a Tuesday, so I did it that night after work. Keeping the plastic baggy shoes on for an hour was a little weird, but manageable. It washed off easily, and the scent wasn't too strong and didn't linger. The directions say to soak your feet for 10 minutes every day. Honestly, I'm lazy and only did it once the next day. I didn't see any change in the following days and honestly didn't know if it would work. Fast forward to Saturday night, I put on my shoes around 4 p.m. to go to work and my feet were normal. Around 3 a.m. after a seven-hour shift on my feet and a few rounds of drinks with friends, I was STUNNED to see my feet when I took off my socks!!! In a matter of 11 hours, half my soles had peeled away!!! And they were so freaking smooth, I'm still in awe!!” —Megan

Get it from Amazon for $16.95.

    13. O'Keeffe's Healthy Feet Foot Cream transforms stubbornly dry, cracked skin into feet that feel silky smooth. The ultra concentrated formula is made to penetrate even the thickest, roughest skin to deliver relief.

    amazon.com

Promising review: “I walk around barefoot all the time and almost always wear shoes without socks — flats, heels, flip flops, etc. Needless to say, without the bi-monthly pedicures and the love I should be showing my piggies, the neglect I've given my feet made them look like they've seen better days. Honestly, I would get embarrassed by the heels of my feet because they were so dry and hard and starting to crack. I saw a commercial for the O'Keefe's hand cream, checked them out and saw they also made a foot cream. I figured it was no harm, no foul and ordered it. It felt really nice on my feet — not greasy and I felt like it really penetrated the skin. I tried to use it once or twice a day, but mostly just remembered right before I was going to sleep. And let me tell you, after ONE WEEK, WOW!!! There was a major difference. I did help the process along with one or two sessions with that pumice stone, but mainly it was the cream and a pair of cotton socks at night that really helped my feet turn around. And then after three weeks, I couldn't believe the difference. The cracks were repairing and the awful dryness was gone! My feet feel soft and CLEAN." —Chuck

Get it from Amazon for $7.29 (available in packs of up to 12).

    14. KNC Beauty Lip Masks target dry, dull lips and hit them with a nice dose of rose flower oil for moisture. Added bonus: the hyaluronic acid in the masks helps make your lips look more plump.

    Sephora

Promising review: “I love these masks! I try to never be without them. My lips are constantly dry, and these are so soothing and really moisturize my lips. I first exfoliate then use these. I leave them on as long as I can. My 10-year-old daughter loves to use these with me, so we have a whole ritual of exfoliating our lips first, then applying these. We love them. The masks themselves are large and in the shape of lips, with a slit in the middle, presumably to go where your mouth opening is. The mask fits around your whole mouth area, upper lip area, and below the lip, as well as on both sides. I like that since that whole area can benefit. My only gripe is the slit. My lips are small and rosebud-like, and the slit doesn’t line up with my mouth opening, but that doesn't deter me from using these. Try them and you'll get hooked, too.” —Ingermaria

Get a pack of five from Sephora for $25.

    15. Glossier Moon Mask uses sweet almond oil, honey, and aloe to soothe, condition, and hydrate dry skin. Some reviewers have even used this as an overnight sleep mask.

    Glossier

Promising review: “After having acne and severely oily skin, I started Accutane a couple of months back and my skin dried out instantly. Using moisturizer helped, but even after slathering moisturizer on at night, I would wake up with dehydrated skin, so I needed maximum hydration, and that is exactly what this mask gives. It literally sinks into your skin and leaves it feeling so fresh, soft and super hydrated for a good few days! This mask has been a godsend, and is definitely in my top three Glossier products.” —Skin I.

Get it from Glossier for $22.

    16. bareMinerals Total Cleansing Oil dissolves makeup while nourishing your skin with an oil formula that is both lightweight and packs a non-greasy punch.

    Amazon

Promising review: “This was a game-changer for me. I had been dealing with hormonal adult acne that just wouldn't quit and left deep, painful breakouts all over my jawline, scaly, dry skin, and blackheads all around my chin, cheekbones, and forehead. The only way to hide it was with concealer, which clogged my pores and looked terrible on dry skin. All the cleansers I tried dried out my face even more, but other home-remedies (oils and makeup removers) left my pores even more clogged. THEN, I tried the bareMinerals oil based on other customer reviews, and my face is so happy! It really does remove makeup and other grime very well, and it doesn't leave anything behind or dry out your skin. At night, I massage two to three pumps of oil on a dry face, then wet my fingers and massage again to make it foam up. Then, I rinse with one more pump to get anything that might not have washed away the first time. In the mornings, I only use one pump on a dry face in the shower, then rinse and massage it away. Not only is my skin tone more even (no dry or oily patches, just a nice healthy glow), but my acne (even the deep hormonal bits around my jawline) cleared up, and the dark spots from old breakouts faded.” —KGS

Get it from Amazon for $22.47.

    17. CeraVe Facial Lotion moisturizes your skin throughout the day while also protecting it with a dose of SPF 30.

    instagram.com

Promising review: "I am seriously only ever using this on my face! As I got older, my skin has changed and, unfortunately, has become dry and sensitive. I tried so many different products and either had an allergic reaction or couldn't find one that was not scented. As I researched, I came across this product I love it. It's unscented, lightweight, and not sticky. And, you don't have to use too much. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. My face is soft, bright, and looks and feels more firm. I'm very happy with this purchase." —Tonya Williams.

Get it from Amazon for $12.24.

    18. Maxsoft Scalp Massager helps rid your scalp of dandruff, itchiness, and any buildup with silicone bristles that aren't too soft, but also not too aggressive. The bristles stimulate blood flow to your scalp and aid in some much-needed exfoliation.

    Amazon

Promising review: "I’ve suffered from a dry, flaking scalp for about a year now. I have used tea tree oil shampoo, dandruff shampoo, coconut oil — you name it. I finally read somewhere that exfoliating the scalp might help, but I was hesitant because years ago, I had a shampoo brush and it was very rigid and the bristles were fine and close together and it made my hair a tangled mess. Anyway, I saw this shampoo brush and it looked a lot more flexible so I thought I’d give it a try and HOLY MOLY my flakes are gone! It’s made out of a silicone-type material and the little bristles are flexible but still get the job done. I can literally brush my hair with shampoo in and it doesn’t get tangled. It’s amazing. Not only do I have zero flakes now, but I also feel like using this does a way better job at working the shampoo in and getting your hair and scalp really clean. I have super thick hair and no matter how much shampoo I use or how long I scrub my hair, I felt like the back, underneath part of my hair would sometimes stay dirty. This brush gets all that." —Meg R

Get it from Amazon for $6.98 (available in three colors).
