What's Something You Wish You Had Learned About Money In School?

Credit cards? Investing? Saving for retirement? We wanna hear all about it.

It's safe to say that we all pretty much wish personal finance had been taught as part of our high school curriculum or college core classes. We learned about the pythagorean theorem, but didn't learn about the ins and outs of — oh, I dunno — paying taxes.

So tell us about a money lesson you wish you had learned in school.

Maybe you wish you had learned how to set up (and actually use) a realistic budget to plan for your current and future needs.

Or perhaps you think there should've been a class aimed at understanding different types of debt — like credit cards, student loans, personal loans, and mortgages. And learning about interest rates, credit scores, and tips for paying off debt would've been a nice bonus.

Or maybe you would've found a class on long-term financial planning veeerry useful for major life events like buying a home and retiring one day.

Orrr, perhaps a class on the ins and outs of investing could've provided info that could've been really useful right about now.
