    A McMuffin, but with pancakes drenched in maple syrup as the bun. It sounds intense, but in a good way.

    2. Funnel cake

    It's made with a kind of doughnut/churro batter and would be an excellent seaside food.

    5. Olive Garden breadsticks

    If, like me, you were confused when Americans talked about breadsticks because you thought they meant the slim, crunchy things we have in the UK, you'll be surprised to know what they're actually referring to is far more impressive.

    6. Cheesecakes from the Cheesecake Factory

    They have over 30 cheesecakes, including chocolate chip cookie and tiramisu flavours, and who knows what other kinds of delicious cheesecake varieties we're missing out on?

    OK, so we don't have Girl Scouts so the chances of us getting these is slim. But every variety sounds great, so we can only hope. Especially the samoas: biscuits with caramel, coconut, and chocolate.
