Hot on the heels of the show's Peabody Award win, BuzzFeed News has an exclusive first look at the second season of Lifetime's Unreal.

A lot has changed since we left the world of Everlasting, the Bachelor-like show within the show.

For example, Rachel (Shiri Appleby) has traded in her stained sweats — and, seemingly, her reservations about exploiting the contestants — for a power suit and a new job.

Also debuting in Season 2 is B.J. Britt, who plays Darius Hill, this year's bachelor. A notable addition considering the much-discussed lack of diversity on ABC's dating series.

"I think for us in an era when driving while black is dangerous, there’s sort of there’s few things more pressing than this conversation, and I think we don’t want to fall asleep at the wheel, and we really want to keep talking about stuff that we’re incredibly passionate about and that we think is important," Unreal co-creator Sarah Gertrude Shapiro said at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in January.

But as much as things change, Season 2 promises to still feature as many breakdowns and hookups as Season 1.
