When the show returns, it's been six months since Simon (Pierre Perrier), Camille (Yara Pilartz), Claire (Anne Consigny), Julie (Céline Sallette), and Victor (Swann Nambotin) disappeared into the night with the deceased and half the town flooded.
And things are normal... for, like, a second.
Because the departed have returned and it does not appear that this time away brought anyone closer.
Or made anyone safer.
In short, TV's most unsettling — but beautiful — series shows no signs of letting up in Season 2.
Which is bad news for this guy.
But great news for fans of this French drama's rule-flaunting storytelling.
