    NIX, the only Michelin star vegetarian restaurant in the US and brainchild of James Truman and acclaimed Chef John Fraser, recently launched lunch service. The lunch menu at this Greenwich Village hot spot features dishes that are seasonal, shareable, and flavorful.

    Tandoor Bread with Three Dips

    The leavened bread, baked in a tandoor clay oven, is served with three different types of dips. The creamy hummus, red pepper & walnut hummus, and smoky eggplants complement the warm, soft, and chewy tandoor bread perfectly.

    Roasted Sunchokes Salad

    As colorful and vibrant as it is delicious, this healthy dish highlights roasted sunchokes, living greens, edible flower petals, and seeds in creamy, tofu goddess dressing.

    Three Grain Stir-Fry

    The Asian-inspired stir-fry is made with three different grains mixed in with ramps, chanterelle mushrooms, and avocado and topped with scallions and seaweed.
