Chef Chris Santos, a celebrity chef and owner of famous restaurants like The Stanton Social, Beauty & Essex, and VANDAL, published his first cookbook, SHARE, which serves up the unique communal dining that Santos has made his signature in his restaurants on the Lower East Side of New York City. This cookbook offers more than100 extraordinary “big platter” recipes for his creative take on old school favorites, specifically made for family-style dining, as well as small plates that are fun to serve when entertaining.
