This morning Elle blessed ALL of our timelines with an amazing cover of my forever first lady, Michelle Obama. Not ONLY did we get Mrs. Obama, but the interview was done by none other than Auntie Oprah.
Upon the release of her memoir, Becoming, Obama opened up about all things life, love, and just being the dynamic woman that she is.
People couldn't get over the cover, like @airalli, who noted that it was everything they didn't know they needed, and honestly SAAAAAME:
The epic cover took @Beingbeeroyster to church and our spirits felt it:
This Instagram user wants to see this everyday, and I'm not opposed:
Twitter pointed out how they've "missed her voice and presence"...
...And how in true First Lady form, "Michelle Obama bodied this shoot" 💅🏽:
This Twitter user pointed out how Lady O is truly "lookin' good":
@TheRoseJolie told us that this photo "should be in every history book," and that's nothing but facts:
Today is a new day for @MillsConnection:
@__Yazrocks loved the interview, especially Obama's discussion on marriage counseling and how important it is "to let people know it's OK":
@Immaris was basically all of us when she tweeted how the interview gave her that same spark she felt when the Obamas were elected the second time around:
And @Zenfulie summed up the whole interview and editorial shoot in one word:
Anyways, I'm here for this cover and this #BlackGirlMagic, k thanks!
