Tell Me What Movies/TV Shows Tackled Mental Health In A Way That Made You Say, "I Finally Feel Seen!"

Watching Steven Universe literally changed my life, TBH.

We all know that TV and movies are much more than just a way to pass the time.

The storytelling that happens on-screen can inspire us to follow a new career path, travel the world, or even do something as small as trying out a new look.

And as conversations around mental health continue to become more prevalent in our culture, we're seeing more and more stories surrounding the topic show up on-screen, many of which are truly inspiring.

Maybe you watched Eighth Grade and thought, "Wow, I've never seen social anxiety portrayed like this before. I feel so seen!"

Or perhaps you watched something like the episode of Steven Universe Future "I Am My Monster," and realized you also had a lot of unresolved trauma and needed to find a healthy way to deal with it.
