What am I about?!
I do not know one person who does not LOVE food, do you? Dining with the Queen {City} is a blog about different, local foods, drinks, restaurants and breweries across the city of Charlotte. Many people nowadays are always looking for the new trendy foods on the block, and what better way to explore them than through this blog. I plan on hitting the most popular parts of the Queen City such as Uptown, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, South End and the University Area, and share my experiences with the many restaurants each area has to offer. For more information about me, my name is Jaclyn Pfingst and I am senior attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am majoring in communication studies with a focus in public relations along with a minor in journalism. When deciding to choose a beat on what to focus on with my blog, food and drink was the first topic to come to mind... because who doesn't love to eat! I am very new to the blog scene so please excuse my first- timer mistakes.
