This trend makes us feel close to the shore for those summer days that aren’t spent near the ocean. This trend first came to ~shore~ during Paris Fashion Week when Chanel executed an indoor beach as their runway. The golden shell trend, although seemingly a daytime beach look, is becoming most popular as an evening essential. “Seashell jewelry has evolved into a year-round staple,” says Allie Luis, owner of Sole Mate Shoes and Accessories. “Gold accents around the beachy pieces give it more of an elevated look”.

Accessory trends in 2019 are taking a colorful turn! In the past few years, we’ve seen a lot of uniformity—one year it’s silver, another it’s gold.
