Laroc Brazil - Announce Carnival series with Armin Van Buuren, Hernan Cattaneo, Jonas Blue and more

Located in the rolling green hills of the Valinhos valley an hour from Sao Paolo, Laroc boasts a huge outdoor pool, open air terraces and part covered dance floor. It has views over the valley and DJs often start their sets mid afternoon so that they can soundtrack the sun disappearing over the hills.

Each year it has a new design and the latest was recently revealed to include a technologically advanced stage 22 meters wide and 11 meters high with a 150 m2 LED panel, 129 light fixtures, 1500 meters of LED strips, 580 wooden panels and three tons of steel which all come together in a visually stunning and vast structure.

2018 kicks off in fine style with Jonas Blue & Sam Feldt on the 6th, just as summer in Brazil starts to really take hold. The 20th is when prog house champion Hernan Cattaneo is in town, then Alesso plays on the 10th February, Kungs visits on the 11th and trance master Armin Van Buuren plays in the 12th.

Brazil Music Conference celebrates 10 years, new name and announces dates.

As it enters into its tenth year, the scene leading Rio Music Conference is changing names and becoming the Brazil Music Conference (BRMC). Taking place over four days from March 7th to 10th 2018, the conference will also move locations to the great centre that is a meeting place for all Brazilians, Sao Paolo, and will continue to be the industry standard for anyone involved in electronic music in South America.

Last year’s edition had 74 hours of programming across three days and six auditoriums. There were 270 speakers, two networking areas, more than 100 activities, panels and workshops, Q&As and speed coaching and more than 60 parties in club week. 400 brands attended the trade fair and there were awards in 22 different categories. As such, this is a vital conference for the region and one that will only expand under its new name and in its new location.

Warung Beach Club

Starting from the beach and going right into the Mata atlântica (Atlantic forests) of southern brazil, Warung Beach Club is definitely an experience every lover of house music must have. The architecture is inspired by Indonesian open air temples and the music keeps everyone dancing until sunrise.
