World Class Music

At Envision, music lovers congregate from more than 70 countries for three iconic stages, each with its own distinct flavor. Our beloved home to electronic music, the Luna stage showcases Funktion One sound and pyrotechnics for bass heavy acts. For live music, the Sol Stage cooks up the sounds of live bands, reggae with a healthy serving of instrumentals. Finally, the Lapa Stage packs a wallop with top shelf house music acts as well as Latin influences on an earth shaking Funktion-One Evo 7 sound system.

Spirituality

Envision presents an ideal backdrop for many avenues of spiritual exploration. The breathtaking natural setting is enough to propel us into a more conscious, meditative state. The jungle grounds us, clearing our minds from the chaos created by the stimulus overload of our everyday lives, thus allowing us to easily unearth our spirituality. In addition, Envision’s wealth of workshops enable us to learn and further explore practices which have been used throughout history to facilitate access into the spiritual realm. In accordance with this ethos, the festival has also revealed its first round of World-Class Yoga Instruction including classes lead by Gina Caputo, Carson Clay Calhoun, and Robin Martin plus Thought Leading Workshops with astrologer Kaypacha, activist and Dakota Access Pipeline Protest leader Winona LaDuke, and Bioneers co-founder Nina Simons.

With gorgeous rainforest backdrops, four breath-taking stages, and 6 workshop spaces, Envision Festival brings a subsection of thought provoking music and education to the shores of Costa Rica. Envision has always been a place to admire and celebrate the artist community. Serving as a platform for the best and brightest to showcase and share their creations, Art is much more than a tenet at Envision; it’s core to our purpose. Over the years, it’s become a chief reason to attend and a treasured memory for all those who make it out. This year is no exception. For 2018, our artist lineup is decorating the canvas of our venue with the colors of eco-conscious sculptors, magnificent muralists and sustainable crafters from all over the world.

The Community

Envision at its core is an inspiration for tropical utopian community. Festivals can be about more than just a party. Through a shared purpose, they can also be about the connection we experience when we gather. That means whether it’s far off in a desert or located in a distant jungle, common interests create the backdrop for the vibe, like the soil in a garden, it provides nourishment to the community. From pleasant greetings around the campsite to helping your fellow camper find their way home.

Health

An array of healing modalities can be found in the Healing Sanctuary, with diverse hands on therapies, energy work, sound healing and spiritual channelling. As an alternative to western medicine first aid, an innovative and unique offering at Envision is the Free Herbal Clinic. Headed by one of the most renown clinical herbalists in the United States, 7Song, participants have the option to choose eastern herbal medicinal care. Envision’s dedication to nourishing our community and respecting our environment are pillars of our culinary philosophy. A variety of vendors offer diverse world cuisines, local specialties, and healthy innovations.
