At one point in his life, he was an anxious and depressed janitor who felt lost. Until one day he decided enough was enough and he went through a huge transformation mentally so he could be able to build something he could be proud of. Here are some thoughts and advice from Eliassen.What techniques and methods do you use day to day to stay continuously motivated, focused and proactive when fear, hardships, and procrastination have the best of you?I always write down and read out loud (with passion and conviction) who I want to be as if I already am.
