Why are you the best candidate for us?

When you hear this question in a job interview you already know that must convince people about you. Probable you did it several times for another companies.Of course ,you are the best for everyone .

Your mind starts to process :"Now I must say something different ,a true story ,a strong picture of my experience and my nature in the company frame."Even you are prepared before, it is not mandatory you convince.There are many like you.

The only thing that differentiates is the passion that you put in every story.Try to speak intense such that your love for every kind of work to be noticed.The interviewer will know if you are result oriented ,positive, even if you like to wake up easy in the morning.

You actually can say:"My work starts now and it is not to convince you.It is like a meeting,an assembly for a common purpose.We are involved in a discussion about me and your company that could form a perfect team.It is a two way communication and two way reflection.I ussualy work from the beginning to the end.The same interest I put in this discussion you will find in my labor.So I am happy to have this opportunity."

I think that people generally feel what place of work belong and this feelings must comprise your mind ,not emotions or fears in an interview!
