17 Songs From N-Dubz Ranked From Best To Worst

    "NA NA NAIII"

I can't believe I'm saying this, but N-Dubz are back! The group have reunited after 11 years and announced a new stadium tour and single.

I never thought my childhood would come back around the corner to slap me in the face, but here I am, flicking my wrist again, just like Tulisa.

If you grew up listening to them too, then you know how much impact they had on the UK and the Grime scene, so I've decided to rank their best songs!

    17. "Cold Shoulder"

"Cold Shoulder" was more of a club anthem, and I'd be lying if I didn't say it made me move a bit. But that's all it did, make me move. It doesn't get me as hyped as their other songs, but I do have to say Tulisa's vocals suited this a lot, and it showed off her range. If she carried this on through her solo career, I think it would've been interesting to see.

    16. "Girls"

For me, this is where I lost touch with N-Dubz. I still loved them, but they started to make songs I didn't really love. I missed that raw rap that the group used to have, but I can't expect everything to stay the same I suppose.

    15. "Best Behaviour"

The glow up from being on the block to going overseas in a private jet was absolute goals! It showed just how far N-Dubz had come, and it was inspirational to see their success reach above what anyone could've predicted. Despite this not being one of my favourites, I still love how they were giving us lavish and expensive.

    14. "We Dance On ft. Bodyrox"

When this song came out with Street Dance 3D, I was really into dancing, so you know I was there front row and centre! I loved the positive message behind the lyrics, and the mini N-Dubz were just the cutest, right? One of my favourites that bring back so many memories from my childhood.

    13. "I Need You"

I can't with "I been searchin' all over Facebook, and I can't seem to find you." It honestly makes me feel old! The video still looks so fresh, and I remember I wanted to be in Tulisa's "bang bang" shoes, so I would dance to this tune in my mum's shoes that were WAY too big for me. But guess what? I will do it all over again.

    12. "Na Na (Boy Better Know!) ft. Skepta"

No one can tell me that Dappy didn't come strong in the opening of this song. Did you not see that fire? I felt like I was watching Beyonce's "Crazy In Love" video, no joke. I remember I used to walk to school and have this song on full blast, but I would hate to know how I looked to other people now. It was the lyrics "Yo if you stackin' up p and you ain't frontin' then you have the right to represent London" that made me act up.

    11. "Morning Star"

First of all, we need to praise Dappy for his vocals at the start of this song. It was music to my ears! I was like, "Dappy can sing??" and then Tulisa took over, and I thought I ended up in space. As usual, they never failed to surprise me, and that's what made me come back for more.

    10. "Say It's Over ft. Skepta"

The group really impressed me with this video – they upped their prices, and it showed! From the outfits to the sci-fi elements, everything was spot on, and even the song went with the concept.

    9. "Wouldn't You"

"Wouldn't You" was so catchy, and Dappy wasn't too fast with the lyrics this time, so I could even rap his parts of the song. It made me feel a sense of accomplishment, if I do say so myself. I just needed the floppy hat!

    8. "Playing With Fire"

I know the UK already has an anthem, but would it be wrong for me to request this banger? Yeah, I know I'm playing with fire. This was when N-Dubz were coming up in the music scene, and the collaboration with Mr Hudson showed that their versatile sound couldn't be categorised.

    7. "Strong Again"

Another big tune that the group conquered with a totally different sound. It's giving me rock vibes, especially the video – where was my invite to have a good time with N-Dubz?

    6. "Papa, Can You Hear Me?"

"Papa, Can You Hear Me?" was dedicated to Dappy's father. He encouraged the group to pursue a career in music and thank god for him because this song will always be a treasure! The elements of storytelling through the lyrics and the video were *chef's kiss*

    5. "Defeat You ft. Chipmunk"

Chipmunk and N-Dubz coming together?? That was something special, especially at that time. It was straight lyricism and showed that N-Dubz wasn't here to play around.

    4. "Ouch"

"The story changed my heart is breaking!" Yeah, that part. No, but seriously I had no business singing this song because how could I possibly relate – I hadn't even reached puberty! But that doesn't take away how much of a banger this is. I can still sing all of Tulisa's parts, and for me, that's a win.

    3. "You Better Not Waste My Time"

    Polydor

This is a song that is too iconic to forget. This video definitely had a few cringe moments, but all their video concepts were so forward-thinking and actually told a story. Still, I can't stop crying at the dancers in the limo, but like Tulisa said, it's "two thousand and sexy!"

    2. "I Swear"

If you see me on top of a bridge on the motorway belly dancing like Tulisa, please mind the business that pays you!

    1. "Every Day Of My Life"

    N-Dubz

This was one of the first videos I saw of the group, which is one of the reasons why it's my number one. It's about their everyday life, and instead of painting a fairytale picture, they gave us an authentic insight into what it was like being poor and young in the UK. But that's not all – It's raw, unfiltered, and so relatable.
