Bucky Barnes is misunderstood
Bucky Barnes was a normal guy back in the 40s, but then he fell off a plane and was captured by Hydra. Hydra ran experiments on him and tortured him. If he hadn't become the Winter Soldier he wouldn't have been so evil.
