Put a SPRING in Your Step!

As warmer weather of the spring makes its way onto campus, students are feeling motivated to get out of the house and get themselves movin’ and groovin’! Here are some of our favorite outdoor and fitness locations around town to check out, #FutureRedbird!

1. Constitution Trail

There’s nothing like the great outdoors to help you get up and out the door! Take a walk, jog, or run down this scenic trail that stretches miles through campus and across the Bloomington-Normal area!

2. Body by Bloomington

Whether you’re a yogi-master or a first-time student, enjoy some “me-time” by attending various yoga, hot yoga, Pilates, or Barre classes offered here for any level of experience!

5. Student Recreation Center

Last but not least, our favorite place for students to get in a workout either before, between, or after their classes is at the center of campus!

Students can spend time on the countless machines, lifting weights, or taking a variety of fitness classes from cycling to Zumba!

P.S. Did we mention the awesome and massive indoor climbing wall?!
