US residents can opt out of "sales" of personal data.
There are plenty of spring break options Illinois State has to offer. Read about what potential places you can travel to next year while attending ISU!
ASB is a weeklong service opportunity that gives students the chance to give back to communities in need. Students travel to different states across the U.S. to participate in social change. Check out where Redbirds previously traveled and maybe you’ll want to make an impact next year too!
If you join an RSO next year often times they will organize a spring break for your organization whether it be professional development, just for fun or service projects.
Here are just a few examples of what some RSO’s are doing in 2018:
Public Relations Student Society of America: The National Assembly is held during spring break this year in Miami, one student delegate is chosen to go and vote on national bylaws as well as elect the next PRSSA National Board. This provides an opportunity for networking and professional development for students.
STLF (Students Today Leaders Forever): This year students from ISU will travel on a mystery tour. They will start in San Antonio, Texas and travel to 5 additional cities along the way. This is a perfect way to pay it forward and give back to communities in need.
Secondary Dominance (a student A Cappella group): Will be traveling to Chicago to compete in the ICCA semifinals.
Depending on where you are living next year, the option to stay on campus is possible. Apartments owned by the University such as Cardinal court, Fell Ave. and School St. will remain open.
Some things to do while staying on campus:
See a movie at the Normal Theater.
Get a workout in at the Rec during limited hours.
Check out what events are going on at the Grossinger Motors Arena.
