Amazon has a list of products called "Movers and Shakers," which is pretty much just fancy talk for things that are currently ~trending~. Here are some of the coolest and most useful things found this week: 1. A good cup of cold brew... because nothing compares and you know you can't function without caffeine, so why don't you just try it? amazon.com Promising Review: "If you're an obsessed iced coffee drinker this stuff is perfect for you! I personally just mix with ice and water or take a quick shot for a pick me up at work or pre-workout. It tastes smooth, but has a serious caffeine kick! I've been trying to spend less on Starbucks and make coffee at home, but hot coffee just doesn't do it for me. The great packaging is always a plus for me. –elizaPrice: $9.73 2. A dancing baby Groot because no one will ever be tired of him. He's just too damn adorable. amazon.com, amazon.com Promising Review: "I love this adorable little guy. He looks very well made, has impressive detail, and is so darn cute! Yes, he is very tiny, but I think that makes him better. He wouldn't be as cute if he were bigger. I have him sitting on my kitchen window sill and he makes me smile every time I see him. Anything that makes you smile just by looking at it deserves 5 stars. He came to my house very fast and well packaged. Just order him, you won't regret it. And when you open the box and see his cute little face, I dare you not to smile :)." –AngiePrice: $11.99 3. A belt that won't be uncomfortable around your waist. amazon.com Promising Review: "Okay, this is going to be the greatest review of all time. I bought this for my husband who is the most clumsy and uncoordinated person in Michigan. He can barely operate a regular belt and has also developed serious health problems which have made everything worse. He is 80 years old and very annoying about stuff like this. He loooooooooves this belt and can actually operate it. His weight fluctuates, and he says that his belt can now fit him perfectly every minute, and he can easily remove it and put it back on by himself. He actually wondered aloud today why anyone would buy any other belt ever. It's the best thing I have ever bought for him and I am actually sick of hearing about the darn thing." –Second SopranoPrice: $19.88 4. A charcoal scrub to treat your skin and help get rid of oil and makeup buildup. Your face is already giving thanks. amazon.com Promising Review: "My skin feels so smooth and soft following each scrub. I have used this product for 4 days and have noticed a difference in pore appearance and oil production. I love that the product is natural, made in the USA, and not tested on animals." –Jessica ChurchPrice: $13.78 5. A soft, wispy dress you can wear by itself or with a light jacket. amazon.com Promising Review: "A bit wrinkled out of the package, but fits great and I love the pockets! Lots of stretch and bounce in the fabric. Cozy!" –KrystalPrice: $12.99+ 6. Some vintage-inspired glasses because what's old will be new again, so get ahead of the game! amazon.com Promising Review: "I ordered these because the look never goes out of fashion and I needed frames for a new prescription. I absolutely LOVE them. They are very light weight, and more than worth for what I paid for. Needless to say I'm gonna buy more in different colors to switch it up a bit." –JosePrice: $7.99 7. Popcorn! Because who doesn't love it? Literally no one. Grab a pack of 12! amazon.com Promising Review: "This is my new, favorite sea salt popcorn. The last two deliveries I received of this were fresh, crisp, and delicious. It has a light essence to it that is not oily at all, while still retaining the enhanced flavor of the oil used in its production. Also, it is not too salty and does not have any salty aftertaste." –Mr. TruthtellerPrice: $33.98 8. A good ol' air conditioner because summer is coming up fast. Make sure you're prepared! amazon.com Promising Review: "This air conditioner totally saved me this summer! It was 90+ degrees in my room, and all the stores I went to were sold out of their cheapest air conditioners. This one is easy to install in the window and keeps my room really cool! It saved me from being miserable all summer and it's fantastic, especially for the price." –Nickie G. Price: $139.99 9. Queen of Katwe—a film that's all about girl power. Shout out to that. Plus, who can resist seeing Lupita Nyong'O acting in anything ever? amazon.com Promising Review: "I liked the book very much, but I think it is more interesting after seeing the movie. Many different people and groups were instrumental inmaking it possible for the young lady in the film to find her success. They were from different parts of the world all putting their hearts and faith in trying to help others. It is very inspiring." –Margaret S.Price: $19.96 10. A book of poetry about loss, love and healing that you can kickback in the sun and read. amazon.com Promising Review: "This made me feel a wide range of emotions all the way through. This is a raw emotional experience that any women and man for that matter will resonate with deeply, it had me laughing and crying sometimes all one just one page. It was inspiring and empowering and I couldn't recommend it any more highly. This quickly became one of the greatest books I have ever read." –Amazon Customer Price: $8.99 11. A set of knives because if you cook, you'll probably need them. They're not just for Chopped contestants, you know. amazon.com Promising Review: "A really nice knife set. I really like the variety of knives offered, and the grip and sharpness is great. I wanted an affordable knife set as a college student with an interest in cooking and this knife set does the job. It is as beautiful as it is functional, and the steak knives match my forks and spoons so it was a fantastic purchase. Cuisinart always makes really great products and I am a proud owner." –SpudMuffinPrice: $47 12. This ring size adjuster. Why get rid of rings that are too big when you can just find something to make them fit? amazon.com Promising Review: "YES!! This stuff is awesome. My husband lost some weight after buying his wedding band, and he refuses to exchange it for a smaller size, as it has sentimental value. After losing it TWICE this week, I found these. I was concerned about it fitting such a wide ring because it's advertised for ladies rings, and I didn't see any reviews mentioning wide bands, but I thought, 'Why not?' It works GREAT. He says it doesn't feel weird or foreign. I'm super glad this worked out. –BS2388Price: $6.99 13. A toaster that'll make your bagel (or toast) crunchy as hell... just so you can slather it with butter or cream cheese. I'm getting hungry just typing this. amazon.com Promising Review: "It's taken me a number of years to look for a new simple toaster and I found it in the Hamilton Beach Cool Wall 2-Slice Toaster. It toasts well with a wide choice of settings. The slots are wide enough for bagels. It's nice looking, and the cool walls actually stay cool during use of the toaster. I also like the fact that you can wrap the cord around at the back of the toaster when not in use. Add to that a fair price, and I think it's the perfect two slice toaster. So glad I bought it!" –CLB in SyracusePrice: $14.96 14. A whittlers kit because some people are creative and like to carve things out of wood with their bare hands (and knives). amazon.com, amazon.com Promising Review: "I'm a beginner at wood carving, and this pack of wood has been great for small projects to practice on. There's a decent assortment of small, almost cube-types of wood, and quite a few longer, rectangular ones. So far, I've successfully carved a small ornament for my partner's grandfather, as well as a business card stand/holder for my buddy's birthday. The wood is also very malleable, and easy to carve. Be careful about watching the grain, as I carved off more than I meant to a few times. Definitely would recommend this for beginners at wood carving! –Coby IsleyPrice: $5.99 15. This cute Princess Leia figurine will let you be the badass Carrie Fisher would want you to be. May the force be with you. amazon.com Promising Review: "My son loves Star Wars. Princess Leia is on his bookshelf along with Han Solo. Very cute." –T.J.Price: $9.35 16. A pacifier with a monkey attached! Babies need them, so why don't you spice it up a little? amazon.com Promising Review: "I bought a couple of WubbaNubs to give as a shower gift. These are a luxury that a new mom might not splurge on. They are great, easy for baby to grasp and find, and it won't roll under the couch when dropped. It held up well and, while you can't replace the pacifier, you can cut it off once the pacifier is not usable and give baby his little monkey. Every baby should have at least one." –MaryPrice: $13.95 17. A classic bathing suit that would make Marilyn Monroe jealous. amazon.com, amazon.com Promising Review: "Super cute suit!!! I've never liked the traditional two-piece suits, so I've always worn shorts or a t-shirt with my suits. I came across this one and it was just too cute to pass up! It fits great and is definitely a self-confidence booster... I don't feel the need to wear anything else with it!" –ds08Price: $22.99 18. And this Saturday Night Fever soundtrack to help you stay alive with its timeless groovy disco tracks (and make you want to get down on the dance floor). Maybe your parents will feel nostalgic and teach you the hustle. amazon.com Promising Review: "Every track is fantastic and took me back to that time. I actually had to pull out the movie and watch it again. Gotta love the disco era to appreciate this classic." –LucyPrice: $9.99 Tap to play or pause GIF Tap to play or pause GIF Tap to play or pause GIF Tap to play or pause GIF Paramount Pictures Reviews here have been edited for length and/or clarity.
