    1. Eat plenty of nutritious meals and snacks

    2. Stay away from alcohol and drugs

    3. Maintain your current exercise patterns

    4. Get plenty of sleep

    5. Keep good personal hygiene habits

    6. Go to the doctor!

    7. Recognize and utilize your support system

    8. Refrain from high-risk behaviors

    9. Listen to your body

    10. Finally, care for your unborn child just as you would care for your born child
