You  follow the leader. You Look up at someone instead of someone looking up to you. 
You may be confused at times, so you look up to your leader.  And there is nothing wrong with that, but remember, you can always be better, not just you, but everyone. even the leaders

In order to be a leader, you must be an expert, but learn and master new skills, as there is always room for emprovment. A leader is not a boss, a boss is someone who sits back and relaxes while the other people do the work. A leader is someone who does the work right along with their followers.
