Mix crushed tomatoes, Club House® Italiano Seasoning and olive oil in a medium bowl until well combined; set aside for 15 minutes. Ingredients (Pizza Bombs)5 cups / 600 grams Mozzarella Cheese, shredded36 Slices / 150 grams Small Round Pepperoni Slices4 Eggs, whisked 1 1/2 cups / 180 grams Plain Bread Crumbs2 tbsp Club House® Italiano Seasoning Marinara *It is recommended to shred your own cheese. This will create a more cohesive and cheesy pizza bomb. Preparation1. Finely shred mozzarella cheese using a cheese grater, add to a plate and set aside. Whisk together eggs in a medium bowl and set aside. Next, add plain breadcrumbs and Club House® Italiano Seasoning in a shallow dish, stir to combine and set aside.2. Working one at a time take a heaping 1-2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese and place it in the palm of your hand. Gently press down cheese to create an up-side shallow dome, wide enough to fit a slice of pepperoni leaving a small rim. Add a small dollop of prepared marinara, then cheese shreds, and top with another pepperoni slice. Add another heaping 1-2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese, and roll into a ball. Add more cheese around the edges, if needed to ensure a good seal. 3. Dip the ball into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated then roll in breadcrumb mixture. Repeat this step again, by dipping in egg mixture for a second time, then breadcrumb mixture, set aside. 4. Set your air fryer to 375°F/190°C. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and the pizza bombs with a nonstick cooking spray. Air fry the pizza bombs, working in batches if needed for 5 to 6 minutes or until the exterior is golden and crispy and heated through.
