Seven galleons, please. Walnut wands were often found in the hands of magical innovators and inventors; this was a handsome wood possessed of unusual versatility and adaptability. Walnut wands would, once subjugated, perform any task its owner desired, provided that the user was of sufficient brilliance. As a rule, dragon heartstrings produce wands with the most power, and which are capable of the most flamboyant spells. Dragon wands tend to learn more quickly than other types. While they can change allegiance if won from their original master, they always bond strongly with the current owner. Well done, use it well!

Seven galleons, please. Rosewood wands are quite rare. They are not very compatible with Dark magic as this wood represents love and purity. Rosewood wands are known to excel in love spells and healing magic. Unicorn hair generally produces the most consistent magic, and is least subject to fluctuations and blockages. Wands with unicorn cores are generally the most difficult to turn to the Dark Arts. Congratulations!

These wands are drawn to masters who need help moving through these processes or who seek to help others move through the process. Alternatively, Birch ones can be found in the hands of those who seek to reinvent themselves, or in rare cases, in the hands of those who see themselves as protectors and preservers. Birch wands are quite durable, and often are reported to increase the longevity of preservation and water proofing charms. Birch wands also are good for seeking revenge and causing pain, punishing. Phoenix feathers are capable of the greatest range of magic, though they may take longer than either unicorn or dragon cores to reveal this. They show the most initiative, sometimes acting of their own accord, a quality that many witches and wizards dislike. We expect great things from you, use the wand well.

Maple wands are not stay-at-home wands, and prefer ambition in their owners, otherwise their magic grows heavy and lacklustre. A Thestral tail hair was a hair taken from the tail of a Thestral and was used as a wand core. It was regarded as an unstable, if not the most difficult, substance to use in wand-making, though Veela hair was also described as such, but had been successfully utilised.  However, the Elder Wand (the most powerful wand ever made) has the core. This is one of the most powerful cores. Use it well.

The wand of yew is reputed to endow its possessor with the power of life and death, which might, of course, be said of all wands; and yet yew retains a particularly dark and fearsome reputation in the spheres of duelling and all curses. However, a yew wand is also for those protective of others. The horn of a Basilisk was a wand core used by Hogwarts founder Salazar Slytherin for a wand of his own making, and is known to have a unique bond to it's masters, rarely being buried with them when they die but being passed on down Parseltongue family lines.

Seven galleons, please. A sensitive wand, hazel often reflects its owner's emotional state and works best for a master who understands and can manage their own feelings. Capable of outstanding magic in the hands of the skilful. Wizards who posses Veela hair wands tend to be, bewitching and charismatic while they often appear calm, and like Veela's themselves they usually have a temperamental side to them. Well done!

Holly is one of the rarer kinds of wand woods; traditionally considered protective, it works most happily for those who may need help overcoming a tendency to anger and impetuosity. At the same time, holly wands often choose owners who are engaged in some dangerous and often spiritual quest. Native to Scotland, Kelpie hairs are incredibly temperamental cores, explaining their rarity. Having such a wand core suggests that you have a stubborn, volatile energy, unable to yield or to be controlled by most. Good job!

Seven galleons, please. Vine wands seem strongly attracted to personalities with hidden depths and are more sensitive than any other when it comes to instantly detecting a prospective match. Reliable sources claim that vine wands emit magical effects upon the mere entrance into their room of a suitable owner. Jackalope Antler makes for a powerful core, and it knows it. The wizard or witch a jackalope chooses for its owner are confident (perhaps to the point of being prideful), ambitious, and a bit of a trickster. Good job!
