    3 Simple Ways To Make Spaghetti Squash

    Here's the recipe:

    First for the spaghetti squash, poke 15 holes in the squash. Microwave 4 minutes per pound, flipping over halfway through. Now that you've got your spaghetti base.

    For the veggie sauce you'll need:

    - 1/2 cup chopped zucchini

    - 1/2 tomato, chopped

    - 1/4 cup onion, chopped

    - 1/2 tsp salt

    - 1/4 tsp pepper

    - One Tbsp. olive oil

    - Two cups cooked spaghetti squash, hot

    Microwave all ingredients together for 4 minutes. Add spaghetti squash. Top with parmesan.

    For the Alfredo sauce you'll need:

    - 1/2 Tbsp. butter

    - Two Tbsp. whole milk

    - 1/4 cup shredded parmesan

    - Two cups cooked spaghetti squash, hot

    Combine all ingredients with warm spaghetti squash. Top with a sprinkle of additional parmesan.

    And for the pesto sauce you'll need:

    - Two Tbsp. pesto

    - One Tbsp. olive oil

    - Two cups cooked spaghetti squash, hot

    Combine all ingredients, and top with shredded mozzarella.
