31 2000s Toys And Games You Can Still Buy For Millennials Who Are Feeling Extra Nostalgic

You can still get Moon Shoes, so my weekend's booked.

Maybe this is a very old person thing to say, but y'all...they just don't make things like they used to.

As a young millennial, I grew up with Hit Clips, giant CD collections, VHS tapes, and the Gameboy Advance. And sure, many things have improved in the last couple decades, but I can't help but feel a little nostalgic for what once was.

But not to worry — as it turns out, many of our favorite toys, games, and items are still available! I did the work of tracking them down for you, so if you want to show the kids in your life the true joy of an early 2000s childhood, or you just want to relive your own, check out some of these products!

    1. Remember bouncing around on Moon Shoes and almost breaking your ankle? Well, you can still buy them today!

    2. Or, check out this updated, higher quality version!

    3. Speaking of shoes that allow you to do more than just walk...Heelys still exist. That's right, folks. You can zoom down the halls of your office in these bad boys.

    4. Or, if you're looking to buy them for your kids, check out these sick light-up dupes.

    5. Ah, Skip It. The ankle-bruising plastic wrecking ball of our youth. Yes, friends — this one is still available too.

    6. You can also grab a dupe from Amazon!

    7. Speaking of outdoor activities...forget Bird or Lime motorized scooters. Forget skateboards and bikes. Razor scooters were the perfect mode of transportation, and it's time we bring them back.

    8. And since we're on the subject of skateboards, we all know what the best kind of skateboard is, and it's one that can fit into the palm of your hand. That's right, I'm talking about Tech Decks, which are very much alive and well.

    9. Even as an adult with a gym membership, I don't think there is anything that has gotten my heart rate up as much as a Bop It! I'd just love to get my hands on one of these babies again. And it looks like my prayers have been answered.

    10. I unfortunately could not find the classic Bop It! Xtreme available anywhere but on secondhand sites. BUT...there is a Minions version of Bop It!, and I would consider it extreme.

    11. Remember those days we spent tending to our Tamagotchi's every need? The excitement we felt when an egg hatched? You can experience that all over again.

    12. Or, if you got a later version of Tamagotchi growing up, relive your childhood by grabbing this V5 version.

    14. If you're anything like me, you spend hours asking your Magic 8 Ball if you and your crush would ever get together. Why not do the same now with your work crush or that hot guy you saw at your go-to coffee shop?

    15. I had no idea what these actually were as a kid — I guess they're called "plasma balls" —but my brother had one and I thought it was the coolest. If you want to relive the thrill of all those little electric tendrils connecting to your hand, who am I to stop you?

    16. I don't know why we ever stopped buying lava lamps. If you want to help me bring them back, I would be forever grateful.

    17. Ditto goes for inflatable furniture, especially any involving glitter. We should never have let it out of our hearts.

    19. Look, making your own jewelry is cool and all, but it was a whole lot cooler when you could create pendants and designs through Shrinky Dinks. Looking for a date activity? Look no further!

    20. Ever dream of once again being haunted by a Furby? Well, dream no more!

    21. I also need everyone to know that something called "long Furbys" exist on Etsy. Proceed with caution.

    22. Remember that game Perfection? That was my first step to becoming a perfectionist. Honestly, I kind of want to buy it just so I can see if I can still do it.
