Ready-to-cook kale gnocchi is here to make your dinner dreams come true.
Once cooked through, I tossed the gnocchi with just a tiny bit of butter, a little salt and pepper, and a lot of Parmesan cheese. Side note: The color of the gnocchi is an amazing shamrock green that TBH is reason enough to cook it.
And by the way, they're totally gluten-free, made with just kale, potato starch, chickpea flour, sea salt, and olive oil.
