Hi, I'm Hannah 👋 — and I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant with my first baby.
And as I head into my third trimester, things are starting to feel real. I'm thinking a ton about all of the first-time parenting tips, tricks, and advice I'm about to learn.
So, to any parents out there reading this, I'd love to hear your best words of wisdom for any first-time mom or dad.
Maybe there's a baby product — like a particular swaddle that lulled your baby right to sleep — you simply could not live without.
Or maybe you discovered a trick for breast feeding that changed your perspective when the task felt entirely overwhelming.
Perhaps you discovered one piece of wisdom that made all the difference during sleep training.
Maybe there was a part of your labor experience you wish you could have been better prepared for.
Or just something you packed in your hospital bag as an afterthought that ended up being so important.
I know that having a baby inevitably comes with a lot of unsolicited advice — and that everyone's experience is so experience — but I want to hear your best tips for first-time parents. Drop your best words of wisdom into the comments. Your responses could be featured in a BuzzFeed Community post. And if you prefer to stay anonymous, please feel free to share in the Google form here.
