The "clique" or "skeleton clique" is twenty one pilots fanbase. They are probably the most welcoming fanbase around, they form friendships and are kind awesome people. They make art and are inspired by Josh and Tyler

Everyone can listen to the band, but not everyone understands what their talking about. Both Tyler and Josh have mental illnesses and their main messege is "stay alive". Their main song that is obvious to their background is called "Guns For Hands". The overall focus on that song is how Tyler and Josh see all these young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression and other illnesses, including self-harm and suicidality. In the song they talk about how some kids have turned their guns to hands, meaning they feel like hurting themselves is inevitable, Tyler suggests that they should focus their energy on hurting themselves and point it towards music, art, and even the music made by Tyler and Josh

5. They Stay True To Their Hometown

Both Tyler and Josh grew up in Columbus, Ohio and definetly still stay true to their roots. They even both have tattoo's dedicated to their hometown.

Everytime they interview, they are always answering with silly answers that are so hilarious to watch. Interviewer: "How would you describe your genre?" Tyler: "It's like a smoothie that is made with every kind of genre except country, some people like the smoothie and some don't."

Tyler and Josh wanted their live music to be an excperience. This also means that to get tickets, you have to get them the minute they announce their shows. They interact with the audience, Tyler will climb into the audience and have them hold him up with their hands. It always includes backflips, confetti and screaming. They usually play their last song, "Trees", in the audience, which by the way, is probably the best part of the concert.
