2. Cucumbers

Process 1:

Take a cucumber and cut it into slices. Later put these slices in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then, put the cool slices of cucumber on your eczema for the duration of 10 minutes. It is advised to follow the process three or four times each day for several months.

6. Nutmeg For Eczema Treatment

Process 1:

Prepare 1 tsp of nutmeg powder and 1 tsp of olive oil. Mix these ingredients well to attain a thick paste. After that, start applying on your eczema with this paste. After 15-20 minutes, you clear the area with cool water.

Mix nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey in equal parts to have a paste. Then, you apply on the affected areas using this paste and rinse it off after thirty minutes with warm water.

7. Turmeric Remedy

In addition, turmeric contains an active ingredient called curcumin, which consists of anti-inflammatory and bactericidal abilities to treat inflammation and itching. Follow the process below:

Process 1:

Take ½ tsp of turmeric and enough milk. Later mix them together to create a paste and apply on your affected skin two times every day until the itchiness and redness are gone.

Process 2:

Prepare 1 cup of boiling water and ½ tsp of turmeric. Later add the turmeric to the boiling water and leave it to simmer for the duration of 10 minutes. Let the mixture cool and use it to wash your affected area and drink it.

8. Colloidal Oatmeal For Eczema

Process 1:

Firstly, add cold milk (1 tbsp) to colloidal oatmeal (2 tbsp) to create a thick paste. Later apply this resultant paste on your affected region and gently massage for 1 minute. Let this application sit for 18-20 minutes and remove it with cool water.

Process 2:

Fill a bathtub with lukewarm water and add colloidal oatmeal (1-2 cups) to it. Afterward, soak in it for around 15-18 minutes. Gently pat dry your skin and apply a mild moisturizer.

The first step is grinding together 1 tbsp each of neem leaves, sesame oil and turmeric root to achieve a fine paste. The next step is applying on your problem areas. Then, let the paste air dry and finally, rinse it off by using warm water. This remedy can be used once every day for a few months.

Process 2:

Add neem oil (several drops) to warm bath water. Later soak in this mixture for 20 minutes and pat dry your skin. Finally, apply some light moisturizer. It is suggested to use this remedy once every day for 1-2 months.
