I Can't See My Dad For Hanukkah So He Taught Me To Cook Latkes On Zoom

"I love you a latke."

This holiday season, my dad and I are isolating from each other because of COVID-19. I've always wanted to learn his latke recipe, so we decided to do a cooking lesson via Zoom. We made two types of latkes — a super basic one and a fancy one featuring my first taste of caviar.
