Promising reviews: "I love it. This is the gift you didn’t know you needed. When I got it, I thought it was a little odd, but it’s incredible. My job means I’m away from my desk on and off all day, and coming back to perfectly warm coffee waiting for me is incredible." —Amazon Customer

"Awesome coffee warmer. This is my third one, I bought the first one in 2018 and it's still going strong. It keeps my coffee hot to the last drop. It's important to remember it doesn't heat up cold beverages to piping hot. It keeps hot beverages hot. I buy so many things on Amazon that don't live up to expectations. This is definitely not one of them. It does exactly what it's supposed to." —hottytoddy

Get it from Amazon for $18.63+ (available in eight styles).

BuzzFeed Shopping editor Kayla Boyd has this and adores it: "I LOVE this thing. It allows you to literally wrap yourself in a blanket, but still be able to use your hands, without your poor arm suffering in the cold breeze. I wear this while working from home, watching Netflix, and while taking naps. It's so comfy that there have been times I don't want to take it off when I have to run to the store — the only reason I do is because I don't want it to get dirty. I can't imagine one person that wouldn't be happy to have this wonderful bundle of coziness."

Prime members: You can try before you buy!

I (Emma) only got these last year because it was a Black Friday sale because for some reason I am very resentful about purchasing boots (I love sneakers too much to function), but now that I've worn them I would have paid full price and then some. They're ridiculously comfortable, keep my feet warm and dry, and I felt very secure walking in them on a day with fresh snow and the day after, when the sidewalks were icy. There was no break-in period, either, which I appreciate because I tend to go on long walks. There are no half sizes and some reviewers suggested leaning toward your lower size if you're usually a half — this was true for me! They run a smidge large.

Promising review: "I purchased these to wear while walking my dog 1+ miles daily, and wanted to feel safe walking in the snow and ice. The anti-slip tread on these boots did not disappoint. They are sturdy and allow me to walk without any slipping. My feet stay warm while walking through snow and ice sludge in the street." —Lovetoshop

    11. A mushroom growing kit for some outdoor foraging vibes from the comfort of your kitchen. The mushrooms grow right in the packaging — and make for an easy, v flavorful addition to your regular dishes!

Reviewer image of mushrooms cooking in a pan

This growing kit comes with some recipes to get you started. (Psst! Try putting the mushrooms in your air fryer!)

Promising review: "This product has been so much fun to watch! I followed the directions, exactly as written, and the mushrooms began growing within three to four days. I will say that I did soak them for close to 10 hours before putting them back in the box to grow and I believe this helped a ton. I also kept the box inside by a window with the blinds closed in order for them to get indirect sunlight. The mushrooms grew tremendously for almost a week before they started to shrink so I clipped them to cook with and they were DELICIOUS! This was such a fun product and process to watch. I am now in the process of trying to get a second batch of shrooms from the same box— fingers crossed!" —Steph Card

    12. An organic, super nourishing turmeric and calendula soap that conditions and soothes dry, scaly skin so well that it's basically a must-have for the harsh winter months when your normal body wash is just not cutting it.

The Zatik Soothe & Calm Soap made with calendula and turmeric
The Zatik soap next to a heart made of soap shavings
    Amazon

It can be used on the body and face.

I (Haley) recently picked up this soap and it has floored me with how far it has exceeded my expectations. Many soaps promise to clean and moisturize your skin, right? For me, this is the only soap that has ever delivered on that promise. I literally feel the soap conditioning my skin as I use it, which I think is due to the fact that not all of the olive oil used in it is converted to soap, meaning that when you use it that extra oil is ~bequeathed~ to thirsty skin. I'm pretty sure it's the only reason my skin hasn't fully cracked off this winter, since I've been too lazy to use body lotion recently (I know) but my skin is still shockingly soft (and intact). Clearly Zatik is doing some heavy lifting, and we are grateful for this LOL. I'll be repurchasing this for a long time to come. The inclusion of brightening turmeric —one of my fave and IMO, most underrated ingredients — is an awesome touch, too!

Promising review: "Absolute favorite soap. I have had sensitive and dry skin for about the last 10 years and have tried about 30 or 40 different soaps. The first time I tried the Zatik olive oil soap I could feel a difference in how my skin felt. It didn’t feel as dry and also felt softer. The soap does tend to get soft when it’s wet so I keep it on a soap dish so it stays as dry as possible. Also appreciate that it’s a handmade soap and feel it’s worth every penny since it works so well for my skin. Love it!" —Good Thoughts

Promising reviews: "I stumbled upon these from watching a TikTok and I’m so glad I did! Definitely look into how to use them before you start so you do it efficiently and find what works best for you. I use them after being in a hot shower for at least five minutes then I start with long strokes in one direction. These got lots of gunk off my body and left my skin feeling so soft and smooth!" —Mariah C.

"Okay, these things are AWESOME! I watched a TikTok about this gal using them and I figured why not try them. They weren’t expensive and I spend $5 on useless crap all the time. This, my friends, is NOT useless crap. This gets so much gunk off my body it’s disgusting. How can I have so much dead skin on my body!? I don’t know, but this gets it all off and leaves my skin so soft! Just throw some baby oil on your skin after using it and you are good to go!" —Emilee Brinker

    18. A rechargeable hand warmer with double-sided heat and three temperature settings so your perpetually cold hands will FINALLY stay warm and happy in cursed sub-freezing weather.

It's USB rechargeable, so you can use your phone or a power bank to charge it!

Promising review: "This hand warmer is amazing! My hands are constantly cold and I've tried all sorts of products to help keep them warm but nothing has worked until now. I charge the hand warmer every night with a standard USB charger and the next day, I have hours of warmth. The three temperature settings are very helpful — I use the highest setting when I'm outdoors for long periods of time and the lower settings when I'm indoors (e.g. sitting at my desk or in a cold movie theater). I've already given hand warmers as gifts to several cold-handed friends and family members and they're loving it as well. I hope Ocoopa comes out with a foot warmer next!" —RK

The black seat warmers which attach to the seat via elastic bands
    Amazon

Promising reviews: "Got this for my wife, who frequently lamented not having heated seats. Installation was as easy as laying it on the seat, securing a couple of straps, and plugging it in. Heats up fast and is comfortable! Great way to add a 'luxury' feature that can run several hundred on newer cars, and can restore function if your factory heated seats no longer work." —Joseph Polvino

    22. Streak-free anti-fog spray to prevent your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and face shields from fogging up in the cold (or while you're wearing a mask). It also works on swim goggles and motorcycle helmets!

This spray is meant for non-antireflective-coated lenses, and the instructions for use are very specific. To apply, spray a small amount on both sides of your lenses, and use your fingers to rub it across the whole area. Let it sit for a full minute, then wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Once they're fully dry, you will be good to go.

Promising review: "I am absolutely amazed by this spray! I use it on my lenses before I go out shopping for the day, and I make it through several stores without my lenses fogging up at all. I really didn’t believe it was going to work, but it does. But it is important to note that this is for lenses that do NOT have anti-reflective coating. We tried it on my mom’s glasses and hers did still fog up some, because she does have anti-reflective coating on her lenses. My dad’s lenses do not have anti-reflective coating and it worked on his like it does on mine. It just baffles me that I didn’t know this existed and have been struggling with fogged up lenses despite trying several different types of masks for these past few months. I’m telling you, you will be happy with this spray. Just make sure that you know if your lenses have anti-reflective coating or not." —daUPhere

"I just placed ANOTHER ORDER for these foot masks. This was my 9th time ordering them. My husband has a medical condition with his feet where they get extraordinarily dry and painful. We have tried so many different products to help him and nothing worked. I smear cocoa butter all over his feet and then I put these sock masks on him, and follow with a pair of socks over the foot masks. He wears them at bedtime and wakes up with baby soft feet. The price for the foot masks is one quarter of the drugstore price. If you have dry cracked feet you will not be disappointed with these foot masks." —Kate

    A reviewer's stuffed dog
    A reviewer's stuffed elephant

I (Haley) was gifted one of these last year and just love it. It's slightly weighted so it has a similar effect for me as a weighted blanket; when I hold it, the heft feels soothing and relaxes me. It is also just the cutest thing (mine is a cow 😭). The lavender scent is faint enough not to be overly fragrant and provides a little bit of extra care and love. Highly recommend as a personal treat or a gift for a loved one! It's one of my favorite gifts I've received.

Promising review: "When I get my monthly, I use a heating pad to bring down my cramps, and mine recently broke. I heard about this through social media and thought, why not give it a try. I used it and it was amazing. I have trouble sleeping, and the lavender scent really helped me go to sleep, and it heats up and stays warm for quite a while. This is definitely worth buying and worth putting money toward. It looks very cute and is very soft so if you get your monthly and you have a hard time sleeping I would definitely use this. It is not a waste of money or time at all." —Ash Wag

reviewer wearing the mustard yellow scarf

Promising reviews: “The best scarves I own. I bought these scarves in two colors and they’re amazing!!! I’ve gotten so many compliments and been asked where I got these. They’re so soft and warm and the quality is incredible. They don’t feel like cheap material at all. You can’t beat quality scarves like this for such a low price! Also, they don’t shed and put fuzzies all over my clothes, which is another added bonus since all my other expensive scarves do." —christyann

"I LOVE these!! I bought three of them in different colors. They are really high quality for the money. Soft, warm, and go with any kind of cool weather outfit. They're also great on chilly nights. The only reason I'm not dreading winter now is because of these scarves." —Critter lover

Reviewers especially recommend using this if you're prone to eczema or other skin conditions.

Promising reviews: "Quiet and great for fighting against dry winter skin. I live in New York and the winters are brutal on one's skin. Between the bitter cold and the warm air from the heater making you feel like a dried prune, it's rough! The cost is extremely reasonable for such a great humidifier, it's a nice size, and best of all its very quiet. It's been a big help preventing dry winter skin." —Kindle Customer

"I’m used to having extremely dry skin in the colder months so I try to have a humidifier on when I get out of the shower, or just have a very dry day. This humidifier is amazing! It’s easy to use, you can’t even hear it on, and easy to clean and refill! Thank you for giving me a less crusty winter season!" —Taylor B.

    Calpak, Cal-ak

I (Haley) recently bought this and it's my new favorite possession. I carry my Nalgene everywhere (if I'm not drinking coffee, you can bet I'm guzzling coffee), which is unwieldy in my tote bag, to say the least. I end up carrying the bottles by hand, which besides being tiring and making me prone to losing said bottle, is also downright painful in ice-cold weather. Enter the CalPak holder, which has low-key upgraded my life. I don't even carry a tote anymore — I can pack my lipsticks, scrunchies, wallet, keys, phone, earbuds, and sunglasses in the outside pockets with my coffee, water, or tea snug inside. The strap is adjustable so you can wear it crossbody or over your shoulder. This is an investment, but one that has been well worth it for me, especially while it's cold!
