I don't know about you, but I find Gwyneth Paltrow fascinating.
She’s refreshingly candid, like when she answered which of her famous exes — specifically, Brad Pitt or Ben Affleck — was better in bed, and who was “technically excellent."
So, when Ms. Goop hopped on her Instagram over the weekend for an “Ask Me a Question” series, it was impossible to know what would come up.
Some of the questions were maybe a tad invasive, some heeded advice, but Gwyneth didn't turn away from addressing them.

And when she was asked to give women in their 20s advice, her response was very insightful. “Please do not be afraid to say ‘no,’” she said. “Please do not be afraid to set boundaries. Please do not be afraid to hurt people's feelings.”
And finally, what's Gwyneth's favorite way to relax? A nice, relaxing, hot bath, which she previously shared, and she likes to do nightly with a cup of tea — or whiskey, depending on the day.
