    Here is my favorite and easy apple pie recipe. This one is really easy and also suitable for beginners.

    Ingredients

    - 200 g of margarine

    - 1.5 dl of sugar

    - 3 dl flour

    - 1 egg

    - 0.75 dl of milk (note not liters).

    - 1 teaspoon baking powder

    - 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

    - 3-4 apples

    - cinnamon and sugar for the topping

    1. Melt the butter/margarine or use a bottled one.

    2. Mix in a bowl with the sugar.

    3. Add the flour (not yet the baking powder). The flour should be added slowly, as the dough should not become very dry at this stage. At this point, set aside a cup of coffee dough; which will be sprinkled over the finished pie.

    4. Now add the egg, milk, baking powder and vanilla sugar to the dough bowl. Stir hard with a wooden spoon until smooth.

    The dough is flowing at this stage, ie it does not stay on the edges of the mold, for example, but there is no liquid either.

    Pour the dough into a greased or oiled plain pie mold and sprinkle on the apple pieces. Personally, I use any kind of apple that happens to be at home. If the apple is sour, you should put a little more sugar on the surface.

    Thing to note is that this particular dough has been made into tasty pies from all types of fruits and berries, so you can also try different options, such as blueberry or mixed berries pie.

    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and the dough left aside at the beginning.

    Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

    The pie is best served after a short withdrawal with cold vanilla sauce or ice cream.
