Ask a person with sensitive skin what their holy grail product is and there's a 99% chance they'll say Cetaphil — and for good reason, because this shit is magic. If you're not familiar with this cleanser, it's soap-free and as gentle as can be. I always double cleanse when using Cetaphil — it takes two washes to properly remove my makeup THEN wash my face — but I can't recommend it highly enough. It's been in my life for 10 years already and I don't expect it to ever leave my skincare routine.

Because I wear makeup every day, sometimes I feel like I needed a more thorough clean than my beloved Cetephil can offer, which is when I turn to this product. It's also a cream cleanser, rather than a foam, so never leaves my face feeling tight or dry.

When my sensitive skin is having a moment it normally means some pretty intense dryness, especially in my most eczema-prone areas. Clinique's Moisture Surge range has gotten me through some terrible winters, and I actually use the CC Cream every single day. I find masks some of the most difficult products to buy as so many leave me red-faced and in pain, but this hydrating overnight mask has my complete trust.
I'm a big fan of Paula's Choice products, so when I decided it was time to introduce a chemical exfoliant into my skincare routine, I knew I'd feel safest with something from their range. A great explainer on the Paula's Choice website explained why BHA products, as opposed to those with AHA exfoliants, are better suited to sensitive skin, which helped me feel comfortable about splurging on a product I was low-key terrified of. Now, I'm glad I did because I really love it! When using this exfoliant, I pay attention to my skin's reaction to try and gauge if I am overusing, but as a general rule, I only use this one or twice a week, when I'm not using the First Aid exfoliant pads I mentioned earlier.
