    When focusing on Content and SEO specialist, it was clear that this title covers a wide range of experience levels. However, they also align with the most entry-level content and SEO specific titles in the career path of digital marketing.

    When comparing a content specialist with an SEO specialist, we found out that around 14% of both these job owners have an advanced degree. But only 30% content specialists listed SEO as a skill whereas 34% SEO specialists listed content marketing as skill.

Many marketing internships and entry-level jobs in the field of marketing include some basic use of copywriting and social media.

    SEO starts to focus more on data based skills and skills which require quantitative data. On the other hand, content marketer starts to develop a more qualitative set of abilities such as editing, blogging, research, etc. even after being in their respective fields, each specialist lists the others field as their skill.
