Ingredients
for 4 servings
455g Brussels sprouts, halved
4 tablespoons of olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
30g cup bread crumbs
30g grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
1.Remove the stem from each sprout and cut in half. Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and toss to cover.
3. Spread the sprouts onto a baking sheet.
4. Bake in a 400˚F (200˚C) oven for 20 minutes.
5. Flip the sprouts, then bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the sprouts are fork-tender and golden.
