Things can be quite overwhelming at times, which is why it's so important to also relax and unwind.

Take some time off

Your friends, your family, your pets, your co-workers...
No matter who you're surrounding yourself with, you should always find the time to appreciate those who make life more fun.
Now go ahead and call a loved one!

Appreciate your social environment

Life's short and trust me, you don't want to waste your time never stepping out of your comfort zone.
There's so much food to try, places to see and people to meet;
don't let fear get in the way.

Try new things

Being rational certainly has its perks but  you might want to also consider listening to your emotional side.
It makes life way more fun and might hint at what actually makes you happy.

Listen to your gut

Everybody's on a different journey and somebody's success doesn't undermine your own worth.
You're doing great and other people's victories won't change that.

Don't be so competitive

No matter what you're currently struggling with, there's always a way to solve it and often it's simply by pushing forward.
You probably won't regret trying your best, no matter the outcome.

We all make mistakes, we all regret something and we all fail at times,
that's perfectly normal and humane.
Don't beat yourself up about something like that.

Be more gentle with yourself

Life can't always be intriguing, but that doesn't mean it's necessarily bad.
There's a lot of fun in appreciating little gestures.

Being brave is very scary, I get it.
But being brave can also be very rewarding, so stop the excuses and give it a shot.

Life's short, so have fun living it.
