By definition, a "secret menu" is a list of drinks or dishes that aren't on the regular menu but the chefs and baristas know how to make. At Starbucks, there are over 200 drinks, some of them created by fans, on the secret menu! Most of these are spin-offs of drinks on the menu, such as the "Mermaid Frappuccino". (See above)

If you've visited their online site (see below for link), and seen a drink you think you'd like, great! But ordering a drink from the secret menu isn't as easy as it seems. Although most of the Starbucks baristas were trained to know how to make the drinks on the secret menu, since there's over 200 drinks on it, they probably don't remember every single one to heart. Instead, you should tell them how to make the drink, layer by layer. Don't worry - the online site has the recipe. For example, if you want a Cherry Blossom Frappiccino (see above), then according to the Secret Menu Website, you should tell the barista, "I'd like a Strawberries and Creme Frappiccino, and can you please line the cup with drizzle made from white mocha sauce and matcha powder, topped with whipped cream and some more matcha power. Thanks." Although it may seem complicated, even bordering on embarrassing, if you want that drink... go get it!
