Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake in 15 Minutes or Less
INGREDIENTS

Cake
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons milk
½ tablespoon vegetable oil
Cinnamon Swirl
1½ tablespoons brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
½ tablespoon butter
Frosting
½ tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1½ tablespoon powdered sugar
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, combine all cake ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, add cinnamon and swirl ingredients. Microwave for 20 seconds, then mix until fully combined.
3. In mug, add half of the cake batter. Swirl about a teaspoon of cinnamon butter on top of batter. Add the rest of the cake batter. Swirl another teaspoon of cinnamon butter on top.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and set aside.
5. In a small microwave-safe bowl, add frosting ingredients. Microwave for 15 seconds, then mix until fully combined.
6. Invert mug cake onto a plate. Top with cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
