    Great customer service is a large part of the “life-blood” for any business owner. This is especially true for a home business owner. Unfortunately, most business owners are in business just to make a sale and a profit. A sale and a profit should be the result and not the reason that they are in business. I know why this happens. It’s because people get so caught up in the routine of each transaction in which they for get to ‘WOW” their customers. Has this ever happened to you? I mean when you go shopping, and you are looking for a specific item, you ask a salesperson for help, only to get this, “Did you look, its right over there.” Your response is, “I have been looking and couldn’t find it. Why do you think I am asking you?” Now, what are you thinking? I bet this, “This place has terrible customer. I am never coming to shop here again.” Well, believe it or not, this can happen to home business owner too. Bill Gates says it best, “Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.” Customers teach you how to treat them, so we as business owners, we should be listening.
